Gamer was falling asleep after a long day. There was a flash of light and he found himself in the same room as he always is when Guide visits.
Guide said with a smile, "Hello Gamer."
Gamer smiled back as he replied, "Hi Guide. What's up?"
Guide said, "I had a feeling you needed my guidance. I feel you have a question or 2 about your destiny."
Gamer sighed. "Yes I do. I want to know what my final destiny is."
Guide said, "Well, I know what it is. But since you have to realize what it is yourself, I'll give you this." He handed Gamer a piece of paper.
Gamer read it. It said:
The Destined One's final destiny will involve a super powerful opponent. There will be lots of hardship for the Destined One. It will end in a one-on-one showdown for the fate of the universe. Things will never be the same, for the Destined One OR his friends. Some changes will not be for the better. One of them will be devastating for the Destined One.
Gamer looked at Guide with an arched eyebrow as he said, "That doesn't clear anything up. But for now, my other question is this: When I talked to my future self a while ago, he said there will be something coming up in the weeks following that call that will 'test your love for Jasmine, and you're friendship with the rest of the Team.' Was he talking about the first time I went Extreme Dark, or is it something else?"
Guide replied, "Something else."
Gamer sighed, "I figured. Well, thanks for the help Guide."
Guide smiled. "You're welcome Gamer." There was another flash, but instead of waking up, Gamer had more dreams.
