Plot:
As we all know, Harry becomes the "Master of Death" during the seventh and last book. Let us suppose that meant he would not age or even die until he wished it. Let us also suppose he saw civilization after civilization begin and end, and finally, let us suppose Alagaësia is the most recent of such civilizations. How will Harry affect the story of the Inheritance Cycle?
You're free, of course, to spin this however you'd like with these few restrictions:
-Harry/Eragon Pairing. I don't care what your side-pairings may be- just make Harry/Eragon the main.
-Intelligent Harry. He doesn't have to be a genius, but please make him a little more intelligent than most people. As the plot implies, he's a bit older.
I, myself, am curious how the adopter will spin this. There are so many ways the eons spent unchanging and possibly alone could have affected Harry- having him become more wise and his magic more tempered; sending him into insanity; causing him to become unconsciously suicidal and thus botching important Varden plans; him having extreme difficulty with understanding people's emotions; etc. Then you have how others will react to him, his peculiarities, and even his magic. And then you have why he's even getting involved in the first place. Does he feel Eragon's situation is too similar to his past to allow the boy to go through it like he did? And if that's the case, is he going to become a mentor of sorts? Or is fate drawing him in against his will? I honestly can't wait to see if someone's interested.
