Regret
Words cannot express how I feel,
However, my actions can.
The pain I put you through,
The self-infliction upon myself,
These actions are regretful.

Why does one do these things?
To relieve what is inside?
To get attention from another?
This, I must find out and destroy.
And yes, these actions are regretful.

How does this make others feel?
More or less, something negative.
What I did was not good, and...
I regret these actions.

I cannot take back what I did,
But I can do my best to help
The already worsening situation.
Because, these actions are regretful.

Overall, the things I have done,
Were not good in any way,
I wish to redeem my stability,
By regretting these actions.
