Soo.. just finished the 1st Percy Jackson book and I strongly recommend it! Also this is my first FanFiction and I figured why not write a Percabeth one?!?! A VERY chessy, tacky, weird story.. so here it goes..
After Annabeth spent a decent summer with her father, she came back to Camp Half- Blood. Percy was, of course, waiting for her. He stood by Thalia. Percy, anxious to see Annabeth, ran to hug her. Annabeth and Percy hugged until Chiron said " You two are so cute together". They quickly released their grip and turned to Chiron. Annabeth and Percy walked up together to Chiron. Slow of course...
When they reached the top fo the hill Chiron welcomed Annabeth back to camp and asked how her summer was with her father. Annabeth answered with a hesitant "OK". "Why what happened?" Percy asked. "Well my step- mom, yet again, didn't want me to play with my younger step-siblings" Annabeth said. Percy said to Annabeth "Well forget about her, let's go see how everyone elses summer was." Chiron stayed to greet other campers.
Annabeth and Percy walked down the opposite side of the hill. They went down to the area where the cabins were set. "I best go and unpack" Annabeth said to Percy. Percy agreed and went to the cabin for Poseidon's children.
Cabin three brought back memories to Percy; memories about Annabeth and Grover but, mostly Annabeth. He remembered the time when he had to protect her. Percy really liked Annabeth, as a friend, and more. He wanted to see ehr all summer long, but he couldn't. After he was done unpacking Percy walked over the the Athena cabin. Annabeth was catching up with her siblings about thier summer. The second she saw Percy standing outside she got up and went outside.
" Hey, Percy" Annabeth said. Percy quickly said "Hey.. um let's go for a walk." Percy started to walk, so Annabeth followed.
Annabeth asked why Percy wanted to go for a walk. No answer. A few seconds later Percy said "Annabeth?" "Yes?" Annabeth answered. "Do you like me?" Percy asked looking in the other direction. "What do you mean?... like as a friend or more than that?" she asked looking at Percy. " More than a friend..." Percy said still looking at a few trees in the distance. " Umm.. well that depends. Do you like me?" "Ya I- I do." he answered quietly. Annabeth responded by saying " I like you too Percy." Percy had butterflies.
It was quiet for a moment. Then finally Annabeth said " Do you want to be my boyfriend?"Percy almost jumped, he excitedly said yes. Annabeth did something Percy never saw coming... she kissed him on the cheek. Percy was so excited. So excited that he kissed her again, but this time on the lips! Annabeth didn't act surprised, but Percy saw her blush. Percy grabbed her hand and they walked back to camp.
Percy and Annabeth entered camp hokding hands. Chiron saw them. He smiled as he thought " I was right, they are cute together."
