This iidea came about from an observations I had while rewatching beyblade metal fusion. In metal fusion and metal masters anyone who challenged Ryuga ended up regretting it later. Everyone execept Kenta. Kenta just hit the ground and got back up. Also this came from the fact I ship Ryuga x Kenta.
Many people thought Ryuga had gone soft but that wasn't true. Ryuga was the same person who had mercilessly threw Hikaru into the stadium seats, injured both Kyoya and Tsubasa, and proved that L-Drago was the strongest left roytating bey. No he wasn't soft, not yet. He was gentle. Every battle fought with Kenta was fought with care. Ryuga never wanted to hurt Kenta.
The little green haired boy had shown Ryuga a side of humans Ryuga had never seen in any other than Gingka: pure determination. And Kenta was a precious thing. Something to be treasured. An angel in short. A diamond in the rough.
Kenta Yumiya was gorgeous in battle. An avengeing angel. But he was more than a pretty/cute face. He was smart,determined,strong, and the only person who could breach Ryuga's shell. He was Ryuga's saving grace. And without regrets Ryuga layed down his life for that boy.
No Ryuga wasn't soft yet but he wasn't the same person anymore. Kenta had changed him.
