I'm re-doing this story entirely because I finally found the password for this account and I realize how terrible my writing was 2-3 years ago! I will try to update soon, however there are no guarantees on certain days.

Outfits for chapters will be posted here minus the spaces: www. polyvore lifes_rollercoaster/collection?id=5407683

Anyway, enjoy!

So, most of you know what it's like to want to live in a different universe or want a different universe to be your reality. Whether it was a book like Harry Potter, Divergent, and The Hunger Games; a movie like Grease, Pirates of the Carribean, or The Lord of the Rings; maybe it was something you created as your own little fantasy world.

Well, mine is the Transformers universe.

No matter what you say about it being odd for a girl to like, I will always find it interesting. My personal favorite is Ratchet, the wrench-wielding medic with a temper that screams 'I dare you'. If an alternate dimension machine actually existed, I'd go there in a heartbeat.

I should probably introduce myself before I get too excited. My name is Kiera Matthews. I'm sixteen years old and I'm quite tall for my age. I'm considered 'Model Height' by many people because of my nearly 6'1" stature. I have green eyes and dirty blonde hair that I'm planning on dying a reverse ombré soon.

Now that that's over with, I'm going to describe my current situation. As I've already told you, I'm obsessed with Transformers. Well, I might have gone a little bit too far down that never ending rabbit hole. I decided to do something I normally wouldn't and that somehow spiraled into the situation I am currently in.

It all started on a Saturday night...

~~Flashbacking Squiggles~~

I put my book down on my desk as my older sister, Lily-Mae, came into my room. My honey haired sister strutted over and forced a bowl of spaghetti into my hands, placing a paper plate with buttered bread next to me. I took a second to glance at Lily's appearance and sighed.

"Party again?" I questioned, putting a small ammount of pasta in my mouth.

"Actually, no." Lily claimed with a smile. "I have a date with Nick from my work."

I looked up at her with a confused stare, "Nick that takes his little sisters to work with him when she's sick or Nick with the cool hair and the little bro that's my age?"

"The second one." I nodded in approval. "He's coming to pick me up any time now, so you will have the entire house to yourself. Eat as much pasta as you want, I'll text if any of it goes wrong and I need you to fake an illness or a broken limb."

I smiled, getting up from my chair and giving Lily a hug. "Got it. You have fun. Tell him I said hey. Don't stay out too late and all that crap that parents are supposed to say..."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." my sibling moaned, "Y'know, if this all goes well, maybe I can get a bit of info about his little brother and see if he'd be interes-"

"No, Lily." I cut off quickly, "I don't need a guy in my life at the moment. I'm more concerned about graduation and finding a job right now."

"Oh, come on, Ki!" Lily exclaimed dramatically, pulling away from the hug. "You need a social life. Or at least a boyfriend! I don't want my baby sister growing up to be one of those crazy cat ladies!"

"First of all, no, I don't. Second, I'm still getting over Jake, I really don't want that again." I shivered, "Lastly, I prefer dogs."

"Baby girl, listen. I know we're going through a lot at the moment because of Mom and Dad, but you don't have to put it all on yourself. Whatever we go through, we go through together, yeah?"

I grinned, "Yeah. You better get downstairs before Nick gets here and you don't hear him knock."

"You're probably right. I love you." Lily stated as she headed for the door.

"Love you too. If he breaks your heart-" I started.

"You can kick his butt." Lily finished, "Catch ya later, brat."

"Later, short stuff." I teased as I plopped back down in my desk chair.

Lily rolled her eyes before leaving my room. "I'll break your Autobot poster." she called from the hall.

I smirked before calling back, "Not before I take a kitchen knife to Megatron's bucket head."

"Auto-scum!" Lily hollered from the stairs.

"Decepti-creep!" I yelled back.

That is our usual banter. I tease her, she teases back and vice versa. I heard the doorbell ring and the door open and close downstairs.

Silence.

The entire house was quiet after that. I hate when everything is silent. It's like a horror movie and I'm the next dead person. I shook off the feeling and quickly turned on my stereo. One of the songs, Cool Kids by Echosmith started playing as I turned back to my book. I hummed along with the lyrics as I started reading again.

The book was given to me from my Aunt and Uncle when I was almost thirteen. At that time, I had wanted to be a wizard, so they got me this book on spells and how to use them properly. Looking at some of these made me think. Maybe I could bring back Mom and Dad. I flipped to tbe back of the book and searched for a spell on how to bring somebody back to life.

I found what page the chapter on resurrection was on and started reading. Most of it was illogical and, even though I knew that only the Lord could bring back the dead, I still payed attention to it. I flipped the page and reeled a little in shock. The rest of the the chapter was in a different language! I quickly turned on my phone's translater and took a picture of the mystery language. I pressed the 'Translate' button and waited for it to load.

Nothing.

No results.

In all, roughly, 6,500 spoken languages of this world, this was not one of them! How is that even possible? I sighed, scanning over the "words" in my book. I turned back to my phone and shrieked. A dark, yet shiny, silver-ish face was gracing my phone screen. I tossed my phone off my desk and pushed myself away until my chair hit the wall next to my door.

I froze as I realized that my speakers had stopped playing music. The room was totally silent. Soon, a white, almost staticy, noise filled my ears. I covered my ears and stood from my chair, inching cautiously toward the strange noise. I slowly walked around my desk and stared down at the phone on the floor. The face was gone, but it left a bright red and blue mark in it's place.

I took a deep, shuddering breath as I slowly bent down and picked up the device. The noise quieted once I picked it up, but it wasn't totally gone. After searching the screen for cracks, I gently rubbed the red and blue colored screen with my thumb. The colors moved with my finger in an almost paint-like stroke. I slid my finger over the screen again and, this time, something almost as shiny as the face from before was revealed.

A few moments later, I had cleared the paint away from the silver mark as it brightly displayed an Autobot insignia. I stared at the phone incredulously before rolling my eyes.

"This has Lily's name written all over it." I sighed. "Hardy ha ha, sis!" I hollered, "Give it up, you can't fool me! I bet that boy toy of yours was in on this too! Well, jokes on you! That's a line, I'm not biting."

I rolled my eyes again when she didn't answer. I plugged my charger into my phone and set it on my desk. Sighing, I climbed up my ladder and into bed. I stayed up reading for another hour before finally laying down and going to sleep.

However, no amount of sleep could have prepared me for what I woke up to the next morning.
