End Of Her
This is very, very depressing it is a poem that George writes after Meredith passes away. He is blaming Derek for it, because Meredith commits suicide after her and Derek break up and Derek begins to date Rose. So here we go…
I don't know what to say,
She lived a life of pain,
He always put her to shame,
Yet she took the misleading blame,
I watched as he broke her heart day-by-day,
Sometimes I wish I could have eased her pain away,
I tried to dry the tears that used to arise,
As she pushed me away,
I was there when she did it,
Yet, I am not worthy of admitting it,
The blade still lies on the sink covered with her dried blood,
Her broken soul toys with my mind,
I wonder if she hears the words spill from my heart,
Laying pain on me like a dart,
As I walk down the
church isle part,
I see people mourning for her,
Some of them I've never seen before,
Others who loved her,
My eyes fall upon a pitiful man,
Derek Shepard, the very man that caused this day,
Is surrounded in an array of people who say,
"I'm sorry sir, I know how much you loved her",
With a sad sway,
It should never had ended this way,
That son of a bitch caused the day,
The pain that wont go away,
He ended a whole life story,
He ended, Meredith Grey…
