Addison stood at the nurse's station reading over a few of her patient's charts when her phone beeped, signaling a new text message. She pressed 'read' and two seconds later; a huge grin appeared on her face.
From: Alex K.
On-call room, 10 minutes?
She turned on her heel, and began to make her way there.
Alex walked down the hall trying his best to hide his smile when he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He pulled it out immediately.
From: Addison M.
That was…
He hit reply,
Amazing?
From: Addison M.
Mmm, meet me at lunch.
Oh, it hasn't even been an hour and you already miss my hot body being pressed up against yours…
From: Addison M.
Watch yourself; I'm an expert at withholding sex.
Trust me, you wouldn't last one day.
From: Addison M.
Whatever.
Izzie turned towards Meredith and Cristina while keeping her eyes on Alex, "He's been on that damn thing all day."
Cristina smiled wickedly, "I bet he's having some intense phone sex."
"With who?" Izzie asked, dumbfounded.
Meredith and Cristina both looked at each other and shrugged.
Meredith grinned, "Alex always leaves his phone in his locker during lunch."
Cristina and Izzie both raised an eyebrow, "I like the way you think."
At lunch Izzie, Meredith and Cristina crept cautiously into the intern's locker room.
Izzie screamed.
"What? What is it?"
Izzie smiled, "It's in here."
Izzie grabbed the phone from the locker and the three of them gathered around it like it was worth a million dollars.
Izzie searched the phone before eventually finding the text messaging icon.
She proceeded to read every text message out loud, unable to believe the words coming out of her mouth.
"Are you sure?" Izzie asked, "I mean are you sure it's that Addison M."
"No, it's a different Addison M who comes to the hospital every two hours to have sex with Alex in an on-call room." Cristina replied, sarcastically.
"I'm just saying…"
"Guys." Meredith said, but received no response as Cristina and Izzie continued to fight in the background.
"Guys!" This time she yelled.
"WHAT?" Izzie and Cristina asked, simultaneously.
"It's that Addison M… like, for sure."
"How do you know?"
She signaled to a flashing text on the screen that read, Damnit Alex. I told you no hickies, how the hell am I suppose to cover this up. Oh fuck, Mark's gonna kick your ass.
"Oh."
"My."
"God."
