It was nice to be able to get out of the house for the evening. It had been so long since Nami was out on a date with the ever charming Sanji. He had made reservations for one of the nicest restaurants in town and even requested a dozen roses to be placed at the table. They shared a bottle of fine wine and slice of tangerine cake for dessert. It was the perfect night. However, Sanji couldn't help but notice Nami was checking her phone every few minutes.

"Maybe I should call him." She suggested on their walk home.

"Nami-san, I'm sure every thing's fine."

"Yeah but, this is the first time Zoro has watched Isis on his own... I told him to call me once he put Isis to bed. What if something happe-" Sanji stopped her words, placing a soft kiss on her lips.

"It's fine, Nami-san."

She sighed, still unable to shake the bad thoughts that plagued her. Of course, Zoro was a great father, always so caring and loving. But this was Zoro. The same man who couldn't find his way to the grocery store. The same man who insisted their baby daughter, just able to speak, should start working out to be strong like her father.

Nami sighed, glancing at her phone once more.

Sanji chuckled at her. "Well, you might as well call him now. I bet Isis is fast asleep though. It is pretty late."

She half-grinned back at him before hitting the speed dial. The tone rang. And rang. And rang. After a moment, it went to voicemail and a look of panic struck her face.

"Sanji! He didn't answer!" She grasped her phone tightly and picked up the pace.

Sanji, being cool and collected as he always was, simply shrugged it off. "Nami, you're over reacting..." But at that moment she had grabbed his hand practically dragging him along. With in a few minutes they had made it back to their home and she rushed to find her keys in her purse. Sanji beat her to it and slipped his own key into the door. He gestured for her to enter as he pushed it open.

She wasted no time slipping past him and into the living room. The lights were on but there was no sign of her lover and their daughter.

"Zoro?" She spoke softly, hoping to hear a reply before she shouted to them. As she rounded the couch, the green tuft of hair caught her eye. Zoro was asleep, his mouth opened with a slight snore. The idiot! She had reminded him time and time again to keep his phone on him yet here he was asleep! No wonder he didn't answer. She was going to give him a piece of her mind. How dare he make her worry.

"Zo-" She stopped herself when she noticed the little bundle on his chest. Isis was curled up and sound asleep. Sanji stepped up behind her and grinned at the sight. "I wonder who wore out who?" he asked softly before kissing Nami's cheek. "I told you it would be fine."

Nami sighed in relief. She bent down and placed a kiss on Isis' cheek, watching the little girl smile in her sleep. She moved up and did the same with Zoro. "...you did good.." She whispered softly into his ear. And just like his daughter, a faint grin formed on his lips as he slept.
