Bree*
It had been two months of living in the wilderness. At first, it had really sucked. The internet crashed half the time, the phone service was crappy, their was no town for an hour away. That all still sucked, but Bree had learned to look on the bright side. She saw the good things of being out here. First of all, she realized that her life was wayy less stressfull when she didn't need to keep up her image and stay on the A-Clique. Her and her parents had been planning for the school year recently. School was actually starting to sound a bit interesting, being homeschooled. They could mostly study whatever they wanted. So for PE, she could do whatever she wanted! Same for art, literature, etc. For PE she chose learning dance routines. Bree had wanted to do modeling practice, but her mom had said that was ridiculous. For literature, she could read whatever she wanted! She would order the popular books online and choose those to write essays and book reports about. In art she wanted to try designing outfits or photographing. This campsite was actually boosting their money, so they could afford a good camera and all the books they needed.
Yeah, Bree was starting to like this!
Jack*
The summer was coming to an end now. This summer had definitely been the best in a while. After Ryan had showed him how to lift some weights and other excersies, Jack had continued them at home. He had lost 12 pounds all Summer, which was pretty good for him. He was spending less time in his treehouse, playing his gameboy, and more outside. He was starting to make friends, too. He had always known there were kids on his street his age, but he had never joined them. When he got back from the eclipse, he had started playing basketball with them. Eventually, he ended up going with them to the movies, the rec center, the pool, their houses even.
Yeah, Jack was starting to have a good life.
Ally*
This first Summer had been a bit odd for Ally, but she was getting used to it. Before, she had had the whole campground open to her, now she still had a pretty big yard compared to most of the people where she lived, but it wasn't the same. Despite that, their were so many new things to do! She couldn't believe all the places you could go in the city! Her favorite place was the library. She had never seen so many books, she could go there everyday and never read them all. Their were even some teen programs going on their, movie nights, crafts, reading groups, all kinds of stuff! She had made new friends, a lot for Ally. The population was at first a bit overwhelming, but after the eclipse she had gotten a little used to the crowds.
Yeah, it was gonna be okay.
