Rejected. Misunderstood. Ignored. Hated. Not needed…..
Those words…each of them with a different voice. A painfully familiar voice.
Rejected. That was Splinters voice.
Misunderstood was the most painful one. His immediate older brother, Leonardo. His best friend..
Ignored. That was Donatello's voice. His genius little brother.
Hated. His baby brother, Michelangelo's voice.
Not needed….well that was his own voice. He knew he wasn't needed. He saw it in his family's eyes.
He looked up at his ceiling and sighed. Not needed…that's what I am.
