A/N: Hey, what's up? I have lot's of writing to catch up on, so author's note will not be as long. The last 30 seconds of the season finale have kind of brought me down, so it's been kinda upsetting to me. It keeps me from writing. Luckily, I wrote this before season finale, so here it is. It's not a one shot, it's gonna have actual chapters and stuff. It's about Sara in high school and her past and other stuff. So ya, ENJOY! Don't own, Don't sue!

Prologue: Remembrance

Sara Sidle turned the knob of her shower faucet, causing it to bellow a loud irritating squeaky noise. The steam rose from the water like smoke from fire. She stuck her foot on the scolding water, causing her to jump back a little. She got all the way in, as the burning water stung her cuts.

The cuts had come from an earlier incident. She ran a hand through her hair, smooth now, since the water had seeped all the way through. She sighed a sigh of relief that the day was finally over.

The events that occurred that day, were too tragic to set aside, but too tragic to think about. There was nothing that could change it, not the slightest bit.

She got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around her chest. Taking a deep breath, trying to let the whole world out, but it didn't work, not the way she planned at least.

A single tear rolled down her cheek as she shook her hair dry. She brushed her hair and slipped on her night clothes. She sported black silk pants, with a black tanktop.

She headed back to her room. The door flung open to reveal plain black walls, her windows were barred shut with black curtains, letting little light seep through. She sat at her desk and quickly pulled a small black journal out and wrote a few pages and put it away. She put a tape in her boom box, and let it play softly. She soon felt her eyes heavy and let them fall. She then fell into a reastless sleep.

A/N: So it was REALLY short, sue me. Most prologues are. Add the fact that I'm tired, it's late and I'm cranky. Hope you enjoyed. I'll continue soon enough. Review please.
