Officer's Undercover

It was a quiet day at Division 15. Everybody was out on patrol except Sam and Andy.

"I hate having to be stuck on desk duty." Sam muttered.

"Oh, stop complaining Sam or else I'm going to have to get you a hambulance." Andy said looking up from a report she was filling out with a smile on her face.

"Is my own rookie making fun of me?" Sam said, "Be careful Rookie, cause I can make your life very hard."

"It already is hard." Andy muttered underneath her breath before turning to look at a woman that was coming into the station.

The woman could very well be a prostitute with her very short clothing and heavy eye makeup. But what was most interesting about this woman was that she had tears streaming down her face and a dark nasty looking bruise on her cheek. Her startled eyes scanned the room until they fell on Andy. The woman rushed over to her and began to cry hysterically while saying some words.

Andy quickley went around the desk to the woman and rubbed her back. The woman took a few deep breathes as Sam made his way over to the two woman. As soon as the woman say Sam coming she started to freak out again.

"Stay away from me." the woman screamed as she backed away from Sam.

"Go get some water for her, Sam." Andy whispered as she lead the woman over to some chairs.

Sam quickly came back with the water handing it to Andy before moving a few steps away.

"Thank you." The woman said as she accepted the cup from Andy and taking a sip all the while shaking and keeping weary eyes on Sam. Sam offered a small smile trying to make the woman fell at ease.

"I'm Andy McNally and this is my partner Sam Swarek." Andy said quietly. "It's okay to talk with him here."

I'm Shania LaTree. I was out partying a few nights ago with some friends of mine when a really cute guy came up to me and we danced and then we sat and talked. The next thing I remember was waking up in a room with a ton of other girls. Some men then came into the room and began looking us over. Then they would hand this man money and take a girl." Shaina said trying to push through the painful story without crying. Some guy bought me, took me out of the room into some sort of club and then we walked out to his car. I hit him and then I ran off and came to here.

Sam and Andy looked over at each other with the same thought on their minds. "It was a sex trafficking ring."
