A/N: Hey guys. Here's a short little drabble...just what was on my mind when CHUCK ended. Got a little teary writing it :P
Enjoy.
"Kiss me, Chuck."
And he did.
And when their lips met, she felt a spark. A spark that ignited her heart, a key that unlocked one thing. Her love.
"I love you, Chuck."
She felt it. She felt the love. She didn't know how or why, but she felt it. That was what kept her going.
"Sarah. We didn't get married because we thought I'd be easy. We got married so that we can be there for each other, and help each other through."
Those words sounded familiar. She'd said them once before. In front of a house. In front of their house. Someday.
She couldn't remember everything, but she knew she would. One day.
For the next year or so, Chuck took her to places. They went in search for keys - keys for bringing back old memories, keys for creating new ones. And day by day, slowly but surely, they were returning to her.
Their hopes.
Their dreams.
The wedding.
His proposal.
Their kisses.
And each day, they would save a little money - a little money for their dream house.
And after this was all over, when she could remember everything, they finally had enough money to purchase their long coveted picket fenced house.
And when they purchased their house, they invited the whole band over - Ellie, Devon, Clara, Mama B, Morgan, Alex, Casey, Gertrude, Emma and Molly - and celebrated.
It was the end of a chapter, but the beginning of a glorious, new journey.
A/N: Hope you enjoyed it. And I hoped you like how the ending of Chuck turned out. I cried like a baby. Though I would have liked more closure, I enjoyed what I got. The plus side is that it leaves more room for fanfiction (:
I'm getting sidetracked :) Supposed to be working on my other story...but YEAH. Couldn't help it.
Please review (:
