Eric was on the phone with Horatio at home talking about the stolen diamonds when he heard someone walk in.

"Hey." Calleigh said as she walked over to the table by the couch. "I forgot my laptop."

"Okay." Eric said turning his attention back to Horatio on the phone. "Can you hold on a second?" Eric asked Horatio.

"Sure." Horatio replied. He could hear some girl talking about how she forgot her laptop. He wondered if Eric was really serious with someone, maybe even living together. Lately Eric had been more secretive than usual.

Eric sat the phone down without hanging up and turned back around to Calleigh when she asked him a question.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

"Yeah, great, just uhh *********** " He said putting his papers back into the folder on the desk before Calleigh could see them.

"You want me to approve something?" She asked him.

"No! You're already late." He said turning around once again.

"It's fine. You seem stressed." She said tilting her head to the side, with some concern in her eyes.

"Nah, it's just, I have to get this to court, that's all." He said waving his hand up.

"Alright. I'm going right by there; you want me to take it?" She asked reaching her hand out to grab the folder.

He stood up and grabbed her hand and held it. "It's okay. Really. Thanks."

"Okay." She said in a flirtatious tone. Then she gave him a small kiss and said, "I'll see you later." Then started walking back to the front door.

"Okay. Love you." He said.

She turned around. "Love you too."

After she left Eric sat back down and saw the phone. He forgot H was still on the line. He hoped he hadn't heard that. Eric picked the phone up and put it to his ear.

"H?" He asked, not sure if he had hung up.

"Yes?" Horatio answered.

"Did you hear any of that?" Eric asked.

"Yes I did Eric." He answered.

"All of it?" Eric said.

"Yup." Horatio said. "Listen, I'll talk to you later." Horatio said.

"Alright. Bye H." Eric said hanging up the phone and returning back to his work.

Calleigh walked into the lab later than she wished. She walked into the lobby with her purse in on hand and her laptop case on her shoulder. She was asked the front desk if she had any messages before she was going to go to the locker room to put her stuff away. Then Horatio walked up.

"Hey Horatio, sorry I'm late. I forgot my laptop." She said.

She was confused when she saw the look of shock and a little understanding and relief on Horatio face.

"Are you okay?" She asked him.

"You're her." He said, nodding his head, all the pieces coming together.

"Excuse me? What do you mean 'I'm here'?" she asked.

"Are you living with Delko?" He said instead of answering her question.

"What?" Her voice became a whisper while she looked around hesitantly. "How do you know that?"

"I was on the phone with Eric when you walked in. I heard everything." He said.

"Ugh. Damn! Well, it was going to come out sooner or later." She said.

"How long have you been together?" He asked following her into the locker room.

"Almost a year and a half." She said while putting her stuff in her locker.

"Really? You must be really good at hiding your personal stuff." He said.

"Yeah, well, it wasn't easy." She said walking over to him.

"You know you don't have to hide it anymore now that Delko quit CSI and started working here again. Since he quit that makes the 'no relationship at work' rule not apply to you." He stated.

"I know, we weren't really trying to hind it. We just never announced it." She said.

"So you guys live together now?" He asked.

"Yeah, we moved in together about three, four months ago." She said with a small smile.

"Are you happy?" He asked already knowing the answer.

"Yeah, I am." She said. "Alright, we should get working."

She shook her head a little before walking out of the locker room and getting to work.
