Leah runs.
Leah runs because it's the only thing she knows how to do.
Leah runs because it's the only thing she's good at.
You know all those people who say running is like a drug?
To Leah, it's more than just a drug.
Sure, it's an addiction.
Sure, it makes her high on endorphins.
To Leah, running is the sole escape.
For Leah, running makes her forget.
And really, that's all she needs to do.
So Leah doesn't stop running.
Leah doesn't stop when she gets hungry.
Leah doesn't stop when she gets tired.
Leah keeps on going until she can't keep going any longer.
Leah knows that no matter how far she runs, she'll never be free.
Still, Leah runs.
I'm writing so much Leah-centered drabbles.
Thoughts?
