Minerva sat in her room in Gryffindor Tower, the sun was glowing over the fields. She loved to be home, she felt content and happy. The glow of the sun upon the fields brought back memories, memories of a time long gone now. How the past seems so far away when it suddenly hits you.

She had fallen in love with him a long time ago. She alone could lock his gaze and she knew that he felt the same about her. Few words were spoken between them after the defeat of Grindlewald. Both being no longer young, they knew this was to last. In the midst of the debris of war, they had found each other.
So she took her love for to gaze awhile

He had given her everything she longed for. She had tried to give him all he wanted. They were still together, invincible, no longer the two of them, but happier than they had been when they first had found each other. Everything had grown so lusciously around them. Minerva looked out the window again, found what she searched for and went down to the grounds. She found him there, on a picnic blanket, the wrappers of sweets surrounding him. Albus opened his arms and she laid down beside him and looked in the direction he pointed.
