Pookles: Holy shit this story is old. Good thing I found it before anyone else read it.
Akiza: Yeah you have a lot of explaining to do...
Pookles: I'm editing some of my stories because reading them now after I've improved as a writer, makes me cringe.
Akiza: Pookles still doesn't own Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's
Starry: This story is a very violent version of Sayer's death, my best friend wanted me to write this for her and just so you know she's playing Misty. (My BFF = Misty) And yes she hates Sayer this much…
Akiza: Finally a story I can enjoy!
Yusei: What story? What is this website?
Starry: *laughs hysterically* looks like you have some explaining to do Akiza!
Akiza: *glares angrily* Starry does not own Yu-Gi-Oh 5d's…
How Sayer Should Have Died
Misty
I walked in the front doors of the Arcadia Movement building carrying a black duffel bag and scanned the text on my phone before heading up the stairwell to Akiza Izinski's room.
"Akiza?" I called.
"Come in," I heard from the other side.
I opened the door slowly careful not to wake anyone and closed it behind me.
"Akiza, you remember the plan right?" I asked, as I placed my duffel bag on the bed and sat next to her.
"Yeah, I do, but where will I stay?" she inquired.
"With Yusei; you two have certainly bonded a bit since the Fortune Cup. You'll be fine," I reassured her as I placed a hand on her shoulder. "He already knows what I'm planning to do and he's coming to get you."
"I should be okay with him…" she responded as a light blush dusted her cheeks.
My eyes lit up. "You like him don't you?" I asked eagerly.
"No, he just helped me and I thank him for that."
"I can read it in your face. You like him and you know it."
"I know, please don't tell him!"
"I won't," I answered with a glance out her window. "He's here. Open the window and lower yourself down with your powers."
"I'll try," she replied as she walked to the window.
Akiza
I stood at the window fearfully looking down to see Yusei at the bottom waiting for me. Hell, I was committing suicide by jumping out this window, but I had to do it. I stepped onto the window sill and with a deep breath, I jumped. I tried my best to concentrate my powers on the wind to slow myself down, I was about twenty feet up when my concentration slipped and I fell full speed into his arms. He lifted me up off the ground and onto my feet.
"Are you alright?" he asked with a worried expression.
"I'm fine. So where are we going?" I answered.
"To Luna's mansion," he responded.
Misty
I walked over to my duffel bag and pulled out a second one, before filling it with Akiza's clothes and belongings. All of her clothes took up less than half the bag, I also packed her toiletries, a book she appeared to have been reading, and her diary. After I was finished, I zipped up the bag and dropped it out the window; knowing that Akiza could handle the rest. I had my own mission to complete.
Akiza
I watched my bag fall out the window and concentrated my powers on stopping the bag in the air. I ran over and grabbed it before slinging it over my shoulder and returning to Yusei.
"You've learned a lot more," he commented as he pulled out a spare helmet.
"Thanks. I've been practicing and I feel more comfortable with my powers. You were right; my powers are a gift, not a curse," I replied as I smiled at him.
Yusei put on his helmet and mounted his runner and patted the seat behind him. I climbed on and after checking that I was ready to go; he sped off into the streets of Neo Domino. After twenty or so minutes of driving, Yusei drove through the Tops Security Checkpoint and up to the highest level. He parked his runner in the garage and helped me off before leading me up to the house. Luna's twin brother Leo was the first to greet us, while Luna, Jack Atlas, and his assistant Mina sat in the living room.
"Yusei, where have you been? You left without telling us!" he shouted.
"Still full of energy at midnight," I thought as I simply watched the younger male yell at the older.
"Ahh, the witch!" he yelped once he noticed me.
Yusei took a serious tone, "Leo she's not a witch."
"Well what's she doing here?" the boy pestered.
"As you guys know -except for you Leo- Akiza is going to stay with us while Misty takes care of some business…" he explained, looking a bit disgusted.
"I wouldn't wish Misty's wrath on my worst enemy," I contributed as a noticeable ripple of discomfort passed through my body. "She told me exactly what she was doing."
"Sounds unusual, well anyways you're here and she's there so let's get you settled," Mina said simply as she and Luna lead me upstairs to where my room would be.
I walked in the door to see a small room a single bed against the right wall and a desk right next to the door next to the bed. The closet was on the left wall and a fairly large window took up most of the back wall with a window seat.
"Thanks girls," I replied.
"You should get ready for bed, and you should be in bed," Mina ordered looking at me then Luna.
I nodded to Mina and Luna and I changed into a black nightgown once they'd left the room. I climbed into my bed and turned on the lamp on the nightstand as I resumed reading my book. An hour or so later, I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in," I called.
Misty
The night before I'd told Akiza my plan to kill Sayer, we'd evacuated all the psychics from the building and moved them to a nearby hotel for the time being. No one deserved to be anywhere near this man, especially with what I was going to do to him. I walked up to the floor where Akiza had told me his room was located, and promptly kicked down the door as my anger bubbled to the surface.
"Good evening Ms. Lola," he greeted from his bed with a smirk.
He put down the book he was reading on his nightstand and sat up to reveal that he was not wearing a shirt.
"Cut the crap Sayer, you know what I want," I retorted
"Which is?"
"You, dead."
Pookles: DUN DUN DUN
Akiza: Wow. That reads a lot better than the first go-around.
Pookles: It's better, but it still makes me cringe. I just fixed some grammar, point-of-view, and plot inconsistencies.
