Dimensional Heroes
Prologue
A New Adventure
In other dimension like ours, eight years ago, on the planet Tharean, a planet that knew only peace, there lived a man known to be the smartest man on earth. His technology revolutionized the way we did anything on a day to day basis. He invented holograms that could be touched and climbed, and it all came from a projector the size of a marble. He invented a bubble that could float and hold buildings so that the space on the planet would not be wasted. He invented so many things you could not even begin to count all of them. His name was Marion Lovette. Marion had a family consisting of his wife and his son, Darien Lovette. Darien loved his father and wanted to be just like him.
One day, during Marion's research on dimension travel he accidentally opened a portal to another dimension. To people came out of this portal, unluckily, they were villains. They destroyed the lab Marion was researching in and rampaged through the city. Marion was terrified by what he saw when he ran outside. The planet full of peace and prosperity had turned into a battlefield. Because no one had ever heard of bad people and no one had ever committed crimes or even needed to commit crimes, the city was easily destroyed. There were no defenses no armies, civilization crumbled. Marion escaped the city with his son and his research, but his wife was never found. Marion immediately dropped his research on dimension travel and started research on weapons.
A year passed by and the war was still going, Marion and Darien had moved in with Marion's sister Carmela and her daughter Camila's apartment. The war was at its peak, both sides were stopping at nothing to win. Marion's research had brought lots of innovations in weapons and armor, but none of it kept the enemies held back, they just kept coming back at them. The enemies were starting to bomb towns and cities, Darien wondered into his father's lab because he felt that it was the safest place to be during the bombing when he accidentally stumbled across his father's prototype dimension travel device. Curious he started playing with it, wondering how it works when he opened another portal. In fear he jumped back and hid behind a pile of junk from failed projects. Out of the portal jumped a kid and his dog.
At first, they just looked around confused to as to how they got there, and why they were in a lab. Darien peeked out of behind the pile of junk, wanting to know what came out. The kid spotted him and ran over to him.
What's going on here?!
Darien tried to run but there was a wall in the way. He looked up and said…
A-are you hear to hurt us?
No! I'd never hurt anyone innocent; I just want to know why and how I got here…
The boy was a bit confused but seemed like he wasn't worried about anything bad happening.
Who are you?

Darien's expression went from terrified to overjoyed…
Your superheroes! You can save us! Please, save our planet!
Well…looks like we're saving another dimension. Let's go Gamecon!
The Gamer Watch Heroes went on to become legends after saving the planet from the two villains from another dimension. After sending them back to where they belong, they left and since then every year they celebrate that day as Gamer day! There was only problem, during the attack the villains opened many portals to other dimensions and sent people into those portals so they wouldn't have to deal them. In the chaos Marion was sent to another dimension, never to be seen again. Darien was scarred after the war; Carmella tried to help him but couldn't get through to him. he became a completely different. He showed no compassion toward anyone anymore and would hide in his room all day. He now lived with Carmella and Camila permanently and he never wanted to talk to them. Years passed and Carmella got married and gave birth to another baby, who she named after Marion, Marielle. Darien started to open up toward his family when and talk to them after a terrible accident occurred. Carmella and her husband died during the accident and Darien restricted himself to only talking to Marielle and Camila. Darien felt he could sympathize with them since they had just experience what he had went through after the war.
In the year 2024 life on the planet Tharean was peaceful, it was the end of the school year and Camila and Darien were expecting another boring old summer. Boy were they wrong…
