Hello, I'm alive. And super busy so sorry! But this was written on request by meggyboo92 on tumblr :) So here you go!

Also, i do not own any characters in this story.

The powdery snow drifted down to Republic City slowly but steadily. Mako stood by the window and brought his calloused hands to his mouth to warm them.

"This has got to be the biggest snowfall we've had for years." He deducted as he turned around to the rest of the house.

It wasn't much; more of a starter home really. The furniture was the same old, worn red furniture from the Probending attic, a few new accessories here and there, but homey.

Mako smiled as he walked to Korra, a thin gold band gleaming off his ring finger. She smiled, the white complimenting her tan completion. He grinned and bent to give her a quick, loving kiss before taking her hand in his and walking back to the window.

Korra smirked. "Pfff," She sounded, "This isn't snow!"

"Korra this is more than what we've had in a couple of years." Mako pulled his arms tight around Korra's waist and smiled into her shoulder.

"Just enjoy it." He began to sway, his somewhat protective winter sweater and scarf rubbing against Korra's muscle shirt.

She hummed and swayed along, her practice shorts dragging across her tone legs.

She stopped and turned all the way around so she was facing Mako. She smirked and lifted his scarf to her face. "So… if you think this much snow is a big deal… that means you would think I was crazy if I decided to show you it wasn't?"

Mako quirked an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

She smiled deviously, her crystal blue eyes shining. "Come watch me, City Boy!" She ducked from Mako's grip and ran to the front door.

As soon as she opened it, a gust of chilling air blew through, making Mako shiver through two layers of clothing, but not fazing Korra the slightest. She sucked in a deep breath.

"This was like summer in the South Pole!"

"KORRA!"

The door slammed shut as soon as Mako reached for the brass handle. He bent down to the window near the door and rubbed away the fog. His bright eyes widened in amusement.

Out on the front lawn, Korra was bending the water over and over, causing more snow to fall to the ground. And as soon as the snow would touch the earth, she would airbend it back up and waterbend it back down.

Soon enough, Korra was standing in her own little snow dome.

In just a muscle shirt and shorts. Mako sighed and buttoned his coat. He stuck his beloved scarf up to his nose and walked out.

"Korra, you're going to get sick."

Korra jutted her lower lip out, causing Mako to slow in his step and smile. He crossed his tone arms across his chest. "That's not gonna work this time."

"Damn it." Korra sighed.

Mako removed his jacket and placed it over Korra's broad shoulders. "We're literally three weeks into our marriage. I don't wanna start off with you getting sick."

"But-but it's not even cold out!"

Mako sighed. "Let's just go sit by the fire until there's more snow, okay?"

Korra clapped her hands. "Yay snow!"

"I swear I married a six year old."
