Sometimes the world will take us places that are not meant to be seen, to be heard. The taboo will stay in the dark, and the light, is just false hope, for it will cast a shadow when touched. Light is a false sense of security, sometimes you have to dwell in darkness, and get used to it. You'll see through the dark better when we adapt, and we will guid ourselves without the need of light, and we will find a way to survive the worst. And sometimes, when the light flickers back on, it will hurt more than the dark, it blinds us, it binds us, and then we go through the same charade, and facade of security.

False hope.
