The fireworks began the very first day
He started keeping her
at the castle.
He was rude, uncouth, and overbearing,
And some
might say she was a sassy lass.
Yet despite his offensive remarks,
Shiny fangs, razor sharp
nails,
And the -- ouch! -- loudness of his roar,
They slowly
forged a friendship that
Grew and grew until it blossomed into
far more
And their eyes became sparkly with love
The night
she took off his purple cape.
That romantic night led them
Into a new world of love, trust,
and romance
That led to their living happily ever after.
