AN: I wanted to start simple, and I was reading through different challenge ideas, and I thought I would try the one where you have to write a story in 55 words. I wrote 56, but I figured it was close enough. I always found Jasper's character fascinating and he was hardly ever talked about. I hope you like it, it's my first!
It was raining. I ducked into the nearest building, which happened to be a dinner. Not really paying any particular attention, I nearly ran over a pixie-like woman right in front of me. After stopping, I looked at her – I mean really looked.
It was instant love looking into her strange gold eyes.
