You-you-chan/OC-chan has been reincarnated for 11 times (at least). She can be from our world or the Death Note world... She remembers every time, and (your choice) can be a genius because of all the times that she's been to school. She can go to Whammy's if you want, and for the first time she looks how her first life looked.
Lives: I would suggest going for the lives listed in the song, you can do different ones if you want. I'm just saying that it would be hilarious if she was born a guy once or twice... I mean if the team finds out, then imagine their faces... You could have her find out a way to make sure that when she dies then she can find L. She could be reborn afterwards and go to Whammy's with Mello, Near & Co. (great name for a company : ))
