Title: Tactics

Summary: In which Sora tries different tactics to get something out of a certain stoic brunette. Drabble-ish one-shot.

Tactics

Sora grinned as he stopped in front of Merlin's house. He had something he wanted, but he couldn't get it himself. So, the young keyblade wielder decided that he should get someone else to help him. With that in mind, Sora walked into the house with a huge frown on his face.

' Tactic 1: Whining.'

" Leeeeeeoooooonnnnnnnn…." Sora whined. The said man was at a table, fixing… something. His eyebrows twitched as he continued to work on the thing in his hand. Muffled snickers came from Riku, Cloud, Cid, while Yuffie laughed out loud. Aerith and Kairi had a hand covering their mouth to muffle their giggles.

" Sora, not now. I'm busy." Leon replied, never once turning around.

" But… But…" Sora continued.

" No." Leon cut him off.

' Tactic 2: Pouting.'

' Tactic 3: Puppy-dog eyes (works best with big, blue, innocent eyes.).'

Sora pouted, and tugged on Leon. The older brunette turned around, quickly realizing it as a mistake. Sora turned on the puppy-dog eyes, with faked tears threatening to roll down his face. Leon swallowed the lump forming at this throat.

' Tactic 3: Cute talk.'

" Pwease, Leon?" Sora blinked his big, blue, innocent eyes. Leon groaned.

" No. I have to finish this first." Leon turned back to his work.

' Tactic 4: Reminded Promises.'

" But Leon, you promised!!" Sora sniffed.

" And I will go through with it. Just after I finished this." Leon replied.

' Tactic 5: Annoying the target.'

Sora continued to tug at Leon's leather jacket. The man's face showed his annoyance as he promptly rejected Sora's request again.

' Tactic 6: Act like a rebelling child.'

' Tactic 7: Lightly threaten. (Keyword: Lightly.).'

Sora stomped his feet and puffed his cheeks. " FINE!!" He yelled. He turned around stomping towards the wooden doors. " Don't miss me if I get kidnapped or anything!!" Sora waved his arms in the air, before crossing them. He opened the door and slammed it behind him.

The group was watching Leon with interest. The man was glaring at his work. He stood up suddenly, and walked over to the door. " Cloud, finish it!!" Leon yelled, before he ran out of the house.

Sora secretly grinned as he heard strong footsteps nearing him. " Sora!!" He turned around to see Leon running towards him. Sora smiled widely and tackle-hugged the man. " Yay!!" Sora cheered. Leon sighed, running a hand through his hair. " Come on, let's get you the sea-salt ice-cream you wanted." Leon said. Sora nodded eagerly.

' Mission: Get Leon to buy me sea-salt ice-cream, Success.'
