I took a walk last night,

And felt you all around me.

The cool spice of life upon my face.

The melodic tune of life together.

The gentle caress of it all.

You took me in your embrace.

Sweet beauty against my hands.

I felt you amidst rage.

Like a flame you shot through the smoke.

Taking my hand,

To lead me from temptation,

Of anger, hate and blindness.

So easy to succumb.

You reminded me not to stray away.
