Helena and Kiku were on vacation together in Hawaii. Actually, America had suggested that the next World Meeting be there and enough had voted yes, so they had to go. But anyways, since they were there they thought they might as well enjoy it.
"So, what do you want to do?" Kiku asked.
"How about heading to the beach?" suggested Helena in her quiet and calm voice.
Kiku simply nodded in reply, so Helena walked off to get changed into a swimsuit, and to let Kiku get changed as well. Kiku had just changed into some simple blue trunks and a white T-shirt. When Helena walked back in, Kiku had to keep his mouth from falling open.
Greece was wearing a simple but fitting black bikini that exposed everything but the bare essentials. Over her shoulders was her favorite tan coat. When she saw him eyeing the coat she told him it was to protect her shoulders and back from the sun.
As they walked out of hotel they were staying in, Kiku some boys inappropriately watching Helena and glared at them as a warning. Much to Kiku's dismay, boys kept staring at Helena the whole walk to the sea.
Each one would give her a charming or mischievous grin or a wolf whistle. Fortunately, she simply ignored them all, keeping a small smile on her face, holding her coat on with both hands and rolling her eyes at each action the boys made.
When they finally made to the beach after what felt like an eternity to Kiku, but in reality just about fifteen minutes, he let out a sigh and a smile graced his own lips.
"Kiku, did I just see you smile?" Helena playfully teased as she gently nudged him with her elbow.
Kiku put on his poker face again as he quickly nodded no in embarrassment. She just laughed at him and told him to walk with her along the sea side. When he didn't follow because he wasn't listening, Helena walked over and kissed him on his cheek. She quickly ran off when Kiku blushed about 5 shades of red and gave chase after her.
Kiku might tell her how he felt some day, but for now, he would just enjoy his time with her on the beach.
