It had been six months. Six months since Durand had died. Six months since the boy known as Robin had discarded his former identity to take on the mantle of Maximilien Robespierre. His hair had already begun to grow out and he had long since lost the will to ever smile again. he had lost everything. The Queen was gone. Telliagory was gone; dead by the boy's own hands. And Durand was dead. One more nail in the coffin of that dead identity.
Cagliostro and Lorenza had stayed with him loyally and had worked to start molding him into the noble he now posed as. To serve that purpose they had bought him a new coat in a rich shade of green. A fine coat to suit who he now was.
The moment they left the room he tossed the accursed thing out the window into the muddy streets.
Green wasn't his color, but blue didn't suit him either.
He still had the pocket watch. He would never throw that away. It counted every second of the past six months steadily, and he'd often listen to the steady sound as he looked out the window. But often he would close his eyes in defiance of the bright days and pull the curtains closed.
Six months had passed, but for the boy who had tossed away his own identity, time might as well have stopped.

Author note -
Sorry this seems so depressing, I just had this urge to write a sad Robin piece. And what's sadder than the anime ending?
