Endless
Warnings: Hello! Well this takes place towards the end of New Moon (Book Two) when Edward is going to walk in the sun - I might just keep this a one shot, but if I get... idk, 5 reviews, I'll make it a story! Hope you like it :)
Endless
Bella was amazed - Edward had finally said yes. She had no idea what had convinced him, but she was too elated to ask.
She had never expected this to happen, though she'd been wishing it would for forever. As she felt the fangs pierce her neck, a sudden wholeness overtook her. "Edward," she whispered seductively, caressing the hand on her shoulder. "Bella," he whispered back, biting harder, biting deeper. It was a love bite, and though it hurt, Bella relished in the pain. "Thank you," she quietly said, unable to speak much louder. Her vision was beginning to blur; the transformation had begun.
"Are you ready?" Edward queried, gripping her tighter, looking concerned. Bella smiled, nodding her head. "I've been ready since the day I met you." Edward returned the smile, as he gently rubbed her back. "I promise that this will be worth it. I'll love you for always, Bella."
"Not forever?" she asked him weakly, as the poison began to spread. "You'll love me even past then, past the end of life itself?" She knew the answer, and he knew she knew, but Bella loved to hear him say it.
"If all the love in the world were to die, I could look at you, and revive it."
"Edward," she whispered again, breathing deeply, breathing slowly. "I think it's about to start... I guess I'll see you when I wake up."
"I'll be waiting here until then," Edward assured, kissing her forehead. "I'll never leave your side... unless one day you want me to."
"Why would I want that?" Bella questioned, feeling saddened. "You still don't understand... I could never ask you to go."
Edward lowered his head, looking deep into Bella's eyes. "I truly hope you mean that, because leaving you would kill me."

"Bella, wake up."
"What?"
"We have to go!"
Alice's hand was around hers, leading Bella away from a screaming crowd. She frantically looked behind her, squinting her eyes in sleepy confusion.
"Alice... what just happened? Where – where are we going?"
"You fainted," Alice answered. "We have to leave this city!"
"But... Edward – he just bit me," stated Bella, in a daze. "I was just about to transform... we were talking, I think... weren't we?"
Alice didn't look back, but quickly answered "No." Bella caught an edge in her voice. "Alice, what's going on?!"
Stopping in her tracks, Alice finally turned around. The answer became obvious - her face was drenched in tears.
