This is only a one shot that I thought up while I was doing dishes…idk why then, but oh well.
RPOV
I couldn't believe it I had just graduated and was Lissa's guardian! Then I heard someone call out "Rose to the stage please." I looked and it was Dimitri; as soon as I was up on the stage he got down on one knee and asked "Rosemarie Hathaway will you marry me?"
"Of course Dimitri!" I hugged him.
Then we heard "What in GODS name do you two think you are doing!" we looked and it was my mother, Janine Hathaway with all her fury.
"Shit" I said at the same time Dimitri said "Run."
"Don't you two dare run before I get to asked again… What the hell is going on or else both your asses will be black and blue!"
"Shit" I said and we took off.
DPOV
Once I heard Janine all I wanted to do was run and once Rose said "run" I grabbed her hand and bolted. We got about 10 feet before I felt Rose pull away and go in the opposite direction.
"What are you doing!" I yelled
"Keep running!" she said and I saw Janine going to follow her.
"Rosemarie Hathaway!"
JPOV
I was beyond pissed off! How dare he! How dare she! I took off after Rose figuring I could catch her first, but it took a while.
LPOV
I watched as Rose and Dimitri ran away from Janine; then Rose went and ran in a different direction. Janine followed her though and she was screaming like a little hyena. I had to admit it was hilarious until Janine tackled her. Rose landed with"oomph" and Janine was breathing hard.
RPOV
All I felt was pain, but she wasn't done and asked "how long?"
"Awhile"
"Do you love him?"
"With all my heart and he feels the same about me"
"Is that why you agreed?"
"Yes"
"Were you planning on telling me or your father for that matter?"
"Of course we just had to find the right time"
"Alright" she said and everything was better.
Alright I imagined it better in my head but I thought it was pretty funny…
