To be honest, I never thought it would be like this...
Hi there. My name is Bonnibeu Gumball IV. I am the prince of the Candy Kingdom. And this is my Journal Log in #1
Sunday, Oct 15
I was walking around the woods today, just minding myself and the surroundings like usual with an apple in hand and my science book. It was normal... Yeah... Normal.
The birds chirped and chirped. Mushroom children ran around, laughing and chasing one another. One even stopped to look at me and smile. I smiled back. Yes... I did. Then went on my way to my favorite hiding spot.
Within the deep forest of Darkness and Despair was a world no person but I knew about. I called it, "The Kingdom"
*Yes, readers. This was a thousand years ago before my kingdom arose.*
It was a clear spot, perfect for me. It had a small stream of it's own and the sunlight was just right for reading and taking warm naps beneath it.
Taking a seat under my tree on a make-do vine swing, I opened my 890 paged science book to page 45 Chapter 2. All was well... Yes... All was well...
But the sound of a rustling bush rang my attention to attention. The bush rustled and rustled, as if something was stuck in it. At first, I was hesitant. Yes, I was because I didn't know what creature was there. Perhaps a squirrel? Or... Or a monster?! No. No, couldn't be. There are no monsters in Ooo so it must be safe to check. And so I did.
And all was not fine.
Slow. That was the pace I was in whilst I crawled towards the bush. It shook and shook, like it was alive and in discomfort.
And it hit me! What if it was?!
I got on my feet and rushed by the bush. It shook even more now! Was it afraid of me? Oh, dear.
"Oh my! Little bush, you have no reason to fear me. For I am Bonnibeu Gumball IV, child of ummm... Well that is of no importance right now. Are you in discomfort?"
The bush stopped it's shaking and for a still millisecond... Was calm.
But it shook even more!
I looked around more and tried to find it's source of discomfort but the only objects that could possibly be causing it discomfort was me, some rocks and the sunlight.
The sunlight! Why, the bush was being overheated!
"Oh no! Poor footless bush! No wonder you are so stressed. You are under the sun and cannot move away from it! Here, let me lift you up!"
For a split second, while I lifted the bush, I swear I heard a boy's voice scream "NO!"
Setting the bush down gently in a better shaded place, I gently pat it's leafy head and smiled at it.
"There, little bush boy! Not too hot now, huh?"
