Hidden Infatuation
He shadowed her from the darkness, the darkness that hid him from his identity from the world and from her. He would always watch her leave her house to go to school or whatever and coming back. He loved admiring her from afar, but her knew that he would be in heaven if he got to be near her, to talk to her and to make her smile. He did very rarely bump into her in town, on purpose of course when she was alone. There was one time when he literally bumped into her making her stumble back a bit. He had apologised to her sincerely, probably expecting her not to reply back, but instead she stared at him intensely, then bowed gracefully and smiled sweetly replying back that it was her fault for not looking carefully where she went. He wanted to kiss her, then and there, to make her his, but he knew that forcing someone to love you will only make them hate you, and he never wanted her to hate him.
He wanted to be apart of her life and apart and vice versa. He knew what he had to do and today he would do it.
She knew something was wrong for the past few weeks but she didn't know what. She looked around the area where she was walking, nothing suspicious and everything normal. She had this feeling at the back of her mind that someone was carefully watching her but she didn't know who. Whoever it was, was a master in stealth, but from her study as a martial artist, she knew someone was there. It was only when she got home that the feeling of being watched was gone. There was another time when the watched feeling disappeared, it was when she was in town to pick up some ingredients for that night's dinner.
She remembered the whole time how free she felt in the way of not being watched. However she was in her own world when she bumped into someone, making her stumble backwards, into herself and into reality. She looked up to see who she had accidentally crashed into and saw him. She had met and seen a lot of guys before, but nothing compared to him, he was roughly a head taller than her with a muscular body and arms to match. He wore a white silk Chinese shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the forearm with matching black pants. His body was surely manly she thought to herself but when she saw his face she thought she could die. his skin complexion was that of a light brown olive, not too tanned and not too pale, just right. His eyes of a blue ocean before the storm, peaceful and yet with a hint of mystery and danger among it. He said something to her which made her come back to life. She blushed a little and bowed politely replying back that it was her fault fro not looking where she was going, and with that gave him a smile. She remembered parting him with a hint of sadness in her heart for not asking his name.
She smiled warmly to herself at the recollection, looking out to the sunset she stopped her walk and sighed, taking in the air around her. She looked out to the horizon and visualised him, with the blue ocean eyes She continued her walk slowly until she saw a figure leaning by a tree a few metre away from her.
She knew instantly that it was the guy from town, wearing the same pants but with a red Chinese silk shirt instead. She stopped in her pace as he was in front of her. This was his moment of truth, he would finally and hopefully have her in his life.
He gazed down at her with care in his eyes while his lungs held his breath until he spoke; "Hi, I'm Ranma"
