The Attack

Clary's scream echoed through all of The Institute. It was so loud that Jace heard it from the other side of the building. But luckily for Jace he was right near the Weapon Room. Grabbing his Seraph Blade, Jace ran to the direction of Clary's scream.
"Clary? Where are you?" Jace yelled, running towards a direction even though he didn't know where she was
"Down here!" Clary yelled back, fear in her voice. Jace ran towards the elevator and pressed the button. He started to tap his foot in impatience.
"Come on, come on" Jace said, continuing to tap his foot.
"Normally you'll rush right here without a minute going by, but the one time my girlfriend is in trouble you decide to take your damm time!" Jace said, while pressing the button again and again.
"And now you're making me talk to you which are making me look like a lunatic! Great job, really" Finally the elevator doors opened. Jace ran in and pressed the button to go down. Luckily the elevator moved quickly and without stopping or making Jace look like more of a psycho. When the doors opened Jace rushed out and called out to Clary.
"Clary! Which room are you in?" Jace stopped where he was and waited for the reply.
"Your room. Hurry it's really big!" She replied. Jace wasted no time and ran to his room. Once he got there he threw open the door to his room. But Clary was nowhere to be found. She must be in the bathroom. Jace thought to himself. Jace rushed to the bathroom door and pushed it open.
What he saw would've furiated Isabelle and make her want to slap the crap out of Clary. There standing as stiff as a board and cowering away from a spider was Clary Fray. Clary, seeing Jace, ran up to him and pulled him in front of her.
"Are you serious? You're hiding from a little spider! "Jace said, hiding back his laughter. But he just couldn't help it. She was hiding from a spider. A Small spider that could easily be killed and probably wouldn't hurt Clary in the slightest way if she stays away from it, which she was in fact doing.
"Not just any spider, "Clary said, "It's a huntsman spider!" This time Jace couldn't hold back his laughter. He threw his head back and laughed until his sides started hurting, and even when that happened Jace just held his sides and kept laughing.
"You can slay demons that threaten your mum, trash talk a werewolf and literally high five a vampire. But you, Clary, are afraid of spiders?" Jace lost it and started laughing all over again. Clary slapped Jace on the arm in defence.
"Like you can talk Mr The Wiggles Are Scary And Must Be Staked And Burnt With Sault" "Hey! The Wiggles are in-human. Anything that can smile for at least four hours straight without having a break or the need to pee cannot be from Earth or any other planet." Clary rolled her eyes and pointed to the spider.
"So are you going to kill the spider or what?" Jace smirked and looked down at the 'deadly'
Spider.
"You know what? I think I might keep this spider and claim it as my own." Clary's jaw dropped as her skin went pale. Jace walked to the spider and let it crawl on his hand.
"I think I'm gonna call you Jace Junior" Jace said to the spider, going to walk out of the room.
"You can't be serious!" Clary yelled at Jace, but still keeping her distance from the spider.
"You're right, that's too common. I'll call him Frank." Jace said, while leaving a terrified looking Clary and making baby noises to Frank.
Oh, Jace and his assiness! xD
Before you say anything, yes I know that this is the original 'The Attack'. I just could'nt stand the errors in it and just had to change it :) If you see any more and they're REALLY bugging you then feel free to PM me and point it out to me. Is the improvment better? Please tell me **does Jace's puppy dog eyes**
