This is just a short poem i felt like doing one day. I don't own Naruto or anything to do with it and all that. You know the drill.
Uchiha Itachis mind
Don't look upon me , with sympathetic eyes,
I don't want to see, or hear your lies,
I may be a son , valued high above,
But I don't want anyone , don't want their love.
People gaze , and it's my skill they admire,
But it's not their praise , that I desire,
It's to defeat every test , master every skill,
To be the best of the best , and even better still.
I'll be my own boss , everyone else I'll ignore,
My limits I'll cross, and run passed them more,
I know not the meaning to fail , or to hide and cower,
Soon I'll be drinking from the grail , the grail of power.
Sacrifices must be taken , and compromises made,
It's annoying and forsaken , but it must be paid,
It's maths and science , that make the best plans fit,
If I must be part of an alliance , then so be it.
It will all pay off , through the threads of time ,
The dressing like a Goth , and committing every crime,
Because then I shall be in control , no longer need my health,
I'll reach the ultimate goal , I'll be as god himself.
Yeah so...that's pretty much my poem. I know it isn't anything unique or interesting, but i just came up with it one day and wanted to put it on fanfiction anyway. I also know that some of it isn't quite accurate to Itachis character either. (i dunno if he wants to be as powerful as god...but who doesn't, right?) , so sorry about that. I don't write much on fanfiction because i'm not very good. I'm not really expecting any reviews for this XD, but feel free to do so, and feel free to be as critical as you want, as long as it doesn't cross into the boarder or 'nasty and unmerciful'.
