With a sigh, Cleon tucked his harp back into a small, wooden chest at the foot of his bed, pausing only to glance at a picture. A picture...he lay back, memories of a girl he'd once known flooding his mind. If only...but that was years past. Years since he had last known what it was like to love someone, with such intensity as he had only reserved for her. And what was her name? If only he could remember. Alone in the lonely, cavernous hut in the woods he called his home, tears began to fill his brown eyes, clouding his already failing vision. He was too old to know what it was like to live, to love...letting out the last of his breath, he fell asleep, never to wake. And her name was Keladry.
