Poor Alice, she woke up one night to find herself dressed in black, walking along the road. The truck driver never saw her in the dark.
Poor Alice, she woke up during a blind date at the mall; with a teenage boy she met online. She never knew about the man behind the boy's profile.
Poor Alice, she woke up back in high school, with such hateful, judgemental peers. They drove her too far off the edge.
Poor Alice, she woke up to be captured by enemy soldiers during a raid. They kept her alive just long enough to have their fun with her.
Poor Alice, she woke up just in time to be spotted by the clock tower gunman from behind the overturned table. Her hair was in a ponytail.
Poor Alice, she woke up once to find herself tied on a table in the hospital; the doctors gave her the shock. She never knew what hit her that time.
Poor Alice, she will never wake up from the nightmares. Wonderland will never let her go.
