I sit here alone under gray skies.
The world has told me nothing but lies.
No friend exists for one like me.
That is the truth I know to be.
Long have I strived to deny this.
The love I found was a serpent's kiss.
Poison that ate away my heart.
A fatal error on cupid's part.
They lash out and strike just for spite,
Leaving me to cry in the night.
I sit here now my soul in shreds.
All I see are various reds.
They taunted and teased me from my birth.
Soon they will be within the earth.
Those fools who had thrown me away
Will soon fall to their knees and pray!
They will pray that I never return.
They'll pray with their self-centered concern.
The day comes soon for my revenge,
For all the years I had to scavenge.
They'll all suffer beneath my blade,
For all the times I was betrayed.
Not an ounce of mercy will I show.
My righteous anger they shall know.
Never again will I fall prey
To those who would lead me astray.
The path is clear and deadly straight.
My anger, nothing can abate.
In crimson rivers the blood will flow.
Shall death be quick or make it slow?
I will make them pay for all their lies,
Until they're crying under gray skies.
