My first Pandora Hearts fanfic! It's really just some thoughtless ramblings, and my thoughts on the newest retrace. Oh man, my heart practically imploded when I read the newest chapter. Gil, let me love you. Seriously.

MochiJun has really made such an incredibly beautiful story. Anyways, on to the story! Please review after?

Disclaimer: Mochizuki Jun owns the lovely series known as Pandora Hearts!

Oz was shocked.

He could barely move his body; all he could do was kneel there on the ground, staring up at Gil with wide emerald eyes. Did Gil really just say that? Did he really mean it? Oz honestly couldn't describe how he felt. There was no way he could put into words exactly how grateful he was for those words.

"Oz! Oz...I am...a Baskerville. And yet, in spite of that...I am your faithful servant. That won't change. No matter what you do...no matter what you say...That is not going to change. Not in the least!"

Oz could feel tears beginning to form in his eyes. Gil had come back for him. He hadn't abandoned him. He wasn't mad at him. Despite his sinful past, despite everything he had done, despite the fact that Jack lived in him, despite it all, Gil was still his servant. Gil was still his.

And nothing was going to change that.

Oz had already given up hope. He now knew that his life...his existence was a sin. The world would be better off without him. He had been thankful though, for the people in his life. For Echo-chan, Sharon-chan, Elliot, Leo, Uncle Oscar, Ada, Break, Gil, Alice... He sincerely hoped they would lead better lives after his death. After all, everything had gone back to the way they were supposed to be. He was ready. He had been ready to leave this world behind. He had no regrets and no hope left.

Then Gil returned to him. He let him know that he was still there for him.

Oz smiled up at his faithful servant. "Thank you...Gil," he whispered.

All Gil did in response was smile a bit wider, and a bit more genuinely, before turning around to face his previous master. "Glen-sama...I'm sorry. I really am. But, the boy behind me is my current master. He is my friend, my equal, and my master. Oz Vessalius is the one who has been there for me for the past 25 years, whether he was in the Abyss or not. He was the one who gave me purpose again. To me, he is my dearest friend. I'm sorry, but not even you can break the bond that has formed between us!" he said in defiance.

The left sleeve of Gilbert's jacket blew around slightly in the wind.

"Forgive me, Glen-sama..But you are no longer my master."
