Disclaimer: I don't own Fairy Tail I only own the plot. Sorry if the quality is bad but it's a touchy subject I'm writing about. I thought it would help me let go and begin to move on.
~The Tears of an Angel~
He sat with his head lying on the cool bench at the bar. He was waiting for the familiar scent of vanilla and strawberries to waft through the guild. But it never came. The whole day he sat at the guild waiting. Waiting for the beautiful blonde haired celestial mage to walk through the large, oak doors like she always did. Her brown eyes would be sparkling as bright as the stars in the night sky; her lips would be set in a soft smile. But today he didn't see that. He didn't see the bright and marvellous girl he was waiting for. She never came.
Everyone stopped and watched as the small master made his way over to the bar, he sat down on the bench beside Natsu, his expression was glum. He wasn't smiling or flirting. He was just sitting there almost lifeless.
The senile man turned to the white haired and blue-eyed bar-maid. "Mira, has Lucy been in today?"
The girl looked down at the floor as if recalling who had and who hadn't walked through the doors that day. "No, she's probably just resting or maybe finishing her book. I'm sure she'll come in for a while tomorrow." The old man contemplated what the white haired girl had said. Coming to a conclusion he nodded his head and began to drink his beer like he would every other day.
-Time Skip- (Next Day)
Levy rushed through the guild doors, her tears trailed behind her as she ran straight to the old master. "M-master, lu-lu-chan, s-she . . . dead. LU-CHAN DIED!" Everyone looked at the small girl in shock, her voice resounded through the guild. The guild members shouted in denial. There was no way their beautiful celestial mage was dead. The celestial mage of Fairy Tail. Lucky-Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia was dead. She was no longer with them.
"You're lying, Luce isn't dead. She's just sleeping. No, this is just a nightmare. Just a nightmare." The pink haired man looked frantic his eyes were wide and his mouth was set in a grimace. He started to chant to himself. "She's not dead. She's not dead." But he stopped as Loke walked in carrying the blonde haired girl carefully, she looked so fragile, her eyes were shut peacefully like she was simple sleeping.
The small blue haired dragon slayer walked up to the celestial spirited and quietly asked. "What, I mean, how did she die Loke-san?"
Loke smiled although his eyes held no hint of happiness. "Lucy was very sick but she never told us or you. It turns out that she didn't have much time left and so she passed away in her sleep last night."
Everyone nodded glad that she left peacefully.
"We shall have her funeral now, would you spirits like to organise it?"
Loke looked at the master thankfully.
-End of the funeral-
"Heaven gave Earth and Angel however they took away her wings making it so that she couldn't fly. Last night Heaven took that Angel back knowing that what she needed to do on Earth was done. Lucy was a beautiful girl; she made everyone's life better and brighter. She was most people's reason to smile. She was our shining sun when it was raining. Our very own Guardian Angel. Rest in Paradise beautiful."
'Lucy Heartfilia, the angel surrounded by the Fairies.'
Everyone mourned her death whilst others tried to continue on smiling like when she was still around because they all know that what Lucy loved most was the smiling face of her family.
Like I said, not the best quality but I wanted to do something in rememberance of 'HER' my beautiful angel.
