AN- Hello everyone. This is my first story. I have huge plans for this in the future so I would appreciate some support. I normally read on my phone since my computer kind of sucks right now so I don't know how often I'll be updating because I wouldn't be on my computer and I have school. I'll try to update as often as possible but no promises. So without further a-due let's start Dual Jinchuriki.

Disclaimer I don't own Naruto I only own the changes I made to the story. If I did own Naruto then I would have made Naruto less dense to others feelings.

Summary:

Namikaze Minato had never developed the Tetra-gram seal. Instead he developed a seal called the dodeca-gram seal that is three times as strong and twice as versatile. However he knew the full power of the Kyuubi would be too much for one person so he split the fox into two parts but never thought to seal the part that would have killed Naruto in himself because he thought he'd die before he'd finish sealing the fox by putting that half in himself hence two jinchuriki with Minato never dying because Hiruzen Done the lethal part himself.

Prologue,

Minato's point of view.

Everything was going perfectly. Kushina had no problems birthing the baby and the child was as healthy as can be. Then he showed up just before I could strengthen the now weakened seal on Kushina. I have no idea how He got passed the barrier or the guards undetected but he did and now he has Naruto in his arms. I couldn't tell who he was all I could tell was that he had a black cloak on and a strange mask with one eye hole on the right side of it with strange ripple marks all over it with the eye and two horizontal lines being the center of the marks like a straight river that's leading to an overflowing lake.

"Minato Namikaze Step away From the jinchuriki," he said as he pulled out a kunai "Or your child dies."

"But the seal could break" I exclaimed to try to dissuade him.

He didn't listen he just threw Naruto and tried to stab him on his way down. I speed towards Naruto using the seal I marked him with earlier and jumped to the side to avoid getting stabbed.

"Impressive but let's see how you deal with this." I looked down at Naruto hearing burning paper and saw multiple paper bombs on his blanket. Flashing away to a kunai I left hanging at one of my cabins I threw the blanket while running outside. The bombs went off as soon as I left the building. Looking to Naruto in my arms I saw that he was alright and I breathed a sigh of relief "he's safe"

Quickly flashing to another of my cabins I left Naruto in a crib and flashed to Kushina to try to save her. I arrived just in time to throw a kunai grab Kushina and flash to the kunai before being crushed by the kyuubi 's hand, having had to flash to three other seals first before I could reach the seal I left on her.

"I must say you're as quick as your nickname but you're already too late." The masked man said just before leaving to Konoha having been too far away from Minato for him to cause problems to his plans.

"Minato is Naruto safe?" Kushina weakly asked in my arms.

"Yeah, He's fine. He's in a safe place for now."

"Minato you got to stop that man and the Kyuubi he's heading for Konoha.

Minato quickly flashed back to the cabin Naruto is in and lain Kushina down next to Naruto. "Just lay with Naruto for a bit Kushina I'll send you help soon." I'm not sure how much she heard because as soon as she saw Naruto she zoned out and just stared at him. I could only look on in regret knowing that I might die in the coming battle. I quickly got dressed in my Hokage cloak and got my weapons before flashing to the nearby hospital.

"I need a Mednin Quickly!"

"Why do you need a med ninja lord Hokage?" One of the receptionists asked as a Mednin came out.

"I have a wife we married in secret and she's sick someone attacked us after the birth and took the kyuubi from her. We're probably going to be attacked in a few seconds." Just then there was an explosion outside and people started screaming about the kyuubi attacking.

"let's go" a Mednin who just appeared said as another explosion went off. I barely noticed the explosion though I just grabbed the Mednin's shoulder and flashed to the cabin Kushina and Naruto are in.

"Kage bunshin no jutsu(shadow clone jutsu)" a copy of me appeared and I flashed away in a hurry. "I'll be here to help if you need any." The clone said to the Mednin "good I'll need it." The clone could only smile slightly.

I appeared on the Hokage Monument on top of my head looking over at the kyuubi as it destroys the village. 'I can't let it destroy the village' was my first thought as it looked over at me. 'Don't f*** with me' Was my second as it shot a large purple ball at me. I really did need to deal with the big purple ball flying at me though so I quickly flew through the hand-seals for my Terepoteshon shoheki jutsu(teleportation barrier jutsu) forming a seal wall in midair which the ball then hit slowly being absorbed by the it until there's nothing left I made another hand-seal with one of my special kunai in my hand and suddenly there was a huge explosion, with a blast radius easily being a quarter mile, around a mile away from the village. 'I'll have to be careful where I send those if they're on that large of a scale they could destroy half the village if I'm not careful' I didn't get to make any other plans as the masked man just appeared behind me slowly walking towards me. Without missing a beat I turned around spinning with a kunai poised to stab his head when suddenly my hand with the kunai just gone through his head. That normally isn't a problem as it would end in a bloody mess with my opponent dead but it didn't cut him in any way it just passed through him with no resistance or cutting anything 'What the…' my hand passed through his right hand once before suddenly stopping his hand solidifying to grab mine.

"Your fight is with me…" He said darkly "and it's over!" just then, everything around his eye started to distort swirl and darken making a black hole. I quickly flashed out of there trying to get away. I appeared at one of my cabins. It was the one that I destroyed saving Naruto. The same distorting just ten feet away from me happened as I stood grabbing the kunai that I teleported to as I stood.

'There's only one person I know that could do all this.' "Are you Uchiha Madara? No That's impossible. He's dead"

The masked man took off his hood revealing short brown hair as I was talking. "I wonder about that." He said tilting his head slightly. "At this point it doesn't matter who you are but why are you targeting Konohagakure?"

"I could say that I did it on a whim or that I planned it. . ." ,he starts to raise his hand like he's going to drop something in front of himself, ". . . or that it's for war, or that it's for peace." He drops what he's holding which turns out to be shackles with a long chain between to two ends.

'he has some dangerous ideology. I must deal with him now with how unstable he is.' I stared on at him as he finishes putting the shackles on himself the chain reaching the ground as he put his arms down and stepping over it. "Now that I freed the kyuubi, you people have no hope left!" he said dashing towards me. I ran to meet him going for a stab to his chest but just as before I just passed right through him this time being caught by the chain swinging behind him as he runs. He tightened the chain trying to hold me down but I threw my kunai and flashed to it ten feet away. 'his flesh. My physical attacks pass through him but he materializes in order to attack me. I can only hit him when we both strike blows but the risk is in the moment of my attack. And considering the time left on the Kyuubi's summoning jutsu he doesn't relish a long battle either. The one who attacks an instant faster will win this match!'

My thoughts went blank as we ran at each other again focusing entirely on my attack I threw my kunai at his head. It just passed through him as I expected but before it gone all the way through a rasengan(spiraling sphere) flashed to existence in my hand. Time seemed to slow as I slowly thrust the rasengan forward my opponents hand getting ready for an attack just as my kunai left his head. My opponent went for his attack but I wasn't there. I was above him grabbing my kunai and forcing the rasengan down, instead of forward, hitting my opponent square on the shoulder tearing the back of his cloak open as I flashed away a seal on the masked man back next to a very heavily damaged shoulder as smoke flew everywhere from the impact slowly dissipating to reveal me unharmed and the masked man jumping up unto a rock pillar clutch his left arm as it melted into a white goo with his hand fell off with a sickening splat.

"You got me," the masked man stated with pain in his voice " This is what is meant by 'elusive' I should have never let my guard down-ugh" he didn't get to finish his sentence as I punched him in the stomach having flashed to him using the symbol on his back. Suddenly a set of circular markings appeared where I punched him. "A Contract Seal!?" he seemed surprised that it was there. "With this, the Kyuubi no longer belongs to you."

"I must hand it to the Yondaime Hokage. You wounded me and managed to sever my ties with the Kyuubi. But mark my words, the Kyuubi will be my plaything again. I am going to take over the world," he started to fade into a black hole centered over his eye again, "There are so many ways to go about doing so." His voice took on more of a metallic sound towards the end. 'That tone, he was not joking. But now I have more pressing problems to deal with.' With that thought in mind I flashed away to the village.

Hiashi's Point of view

Things were not going well. The village could only barely hold back to hulking being known as the Kyuubi. "There's no stopping that thing." A random shinobi called. "The Yondaime called for a meeting!" another beckoned. This call met the ears of Hyuuga Hiashi who just ordered another of the clan to help in his place. 'I wonder what this is about but whatever it is, I hope Tsuyukusa is okay she just went into labor yesterday with Hinata' That was the last thing he thought before leaving in a swirl on leaves, going straight to the meeting place. When he got there, there was a few of whispers of disbelief as everyone circled around the Yondaime. He was holding a baby rapped in a blue blanket but not only that he looked like he was recently crying which is odd for such a strong shinobi.

"Can I get everyone's attention now." The Yondaime started, beginning his speech. "The Kyuubi cannot be killed there is only one way to deal with it. It has to be sealed into two children one male one female. As it is too strong to be sealed in one child or a scroll I am offering my son Naruto for the sealing I kept my wife secret for her protection but she died after Naruto was born so we just need a female child but the catch is the child can't be more than a day old or the child could die from the stress on her chakra coils." This information was a complete bomb on me there can't be three children to meet those requirements and Hinata is one of them. I couldn't be bothered to notice any of the conversations around me I was only stuck in horror of what had to be done.

"There is another catch." All conversations stopped. "The one to do the sealing will die and I'm the only one that can do the sealing." No one dared to say a thing after that the implications striking them like a pile of bricks. They were also going to lose their leader. "I can do the sealing," an old voice started some people moved behind the Hokage revealing the aging form of Sarutobi Hiruzen. "You still have a life to live, a child to raise, and a village to lead. You don't deserve to die and I already had a long and fulfilling life."

"What!? No, I can't make someone else to die if I can prevent it, I-" "What you can't do is leave your child with no parents."

That made him stop and think it through before his shoulders slumped realizing what he was about to do. "I-… Okay." 'I know what I have to do I'm sorry Stuyukusa.' I stepped forward "I'll volunteer my daughter Hyuuga Hinata for the sealing. My wife went into labor yesterday She should be born now" I stated it in a dead voice all eyes now on me. "Alright, we should go get her and seal the Kyuubi now right." The Yondaime stated smiling sadly. His eyes hardened "Hiruzen with me, Hiashi can you go get Hinata we should be by the giant raging fox preparing for the seal." All I could do was say a quick okay before disappearing running straight to the Hospital as the Yondaime was barking orders in the backround but I ignored it I could only hope that Stuyukusa was asleep, I didn't want to explain what was happening to her right now. She was and I could only thank whatever god watching that she didn't wake up as I gently picked up Hinata and ran into the night.

Minato's point of view

Everything was in place the ceremonial alter up and the seals were place on both Hinata's and Naruto's sleeping forms. The seals were something I came up with about three months ago. It was solid with twelve identical seals, each working together to become stronger, placed around a spiral pattern made from six lines that had hooks at the ends and meeting in the middle perfect for being loosened and tightened at a moment's notice from the jinchuriki that had the seal ,if trained well enough to control the seal, and it also removed any and all influence the biju inside had on the jinchuriki's mind while allowing for communication with the biju should the jinchuriki wanted to speak with it. After making the seal I looked it over hundreds of times with clones I even had Jaraiya-sensei look at it a few times it was perfect. I didn't want to ever use it but it looks I did need to use it lucky I made it too I didn't want anything less on my son if he was to become a jinchuriki.

Then came the actual sealing. Hiruzen managed to call the Shinigami just fine he just didn't know how to do the sealing so I had to guide the Shinigami using Hiruzen as a bridge to do so. It wasn't that difficult it just took immense amounts of chakra that was the first problem so I took a soldier pill and that gave me just enough chakra to do it even if I get knocked out for a few days I'll survive. The second problem was having the willpower to do the technique, it's not every day you have to split a demons soul in half. The last problem was getting the soul pieces in the seals as fast as possible because I overestimated how much chakra I had and almost fell over from the drain. Hiruzen noticed this of course so he took over forcing the soul pieces into the seals with little problem making sure that the halves of the fox got in the right seals whisker appearing on Naruto's cheeks oddly, however, the whisker marks didn't appear on Hinata's cheeks. He then promptly fell over dead. As for me I had just enough chakra to stand for a moment before falling unconscious. I could definitely use a nap and I want to abuse this privilege as much as possible. Even if I don't think I'll wake up for three days and leaving the whole village in a panic trying to find out what to do without their leader. But maybe not that, that would be bad…. On second thought I think I would want to wake up as soon as possible.

AN- And there it is the first chapter… prologue… thing anyways it's the start of this story and I hope you liked it. Please review I need the feedback I probably won't have another chapter for awhile I am busy with school and all maybe in spring break I'll have something to post I hope. I also have plans for two other stories one is an original story from me and the other would be a story based on the plot someone else made I already got permission to write it and I don't know which to start with after this story or If I should write alongside this story or what. What do you think should I write a story alongside this one or should I wait until I finish this story?
