Jake Puckerman watches in envy as that new kid Ryder walks up to Marley and pops up and introduces himself like he's the shit around here. Okay so he maybe the new star quarterback but still, he doesn't get to think that he's the new thing going around at McKinley. Jake is basically standing in the end of the hallway practically shooting the new kids face with daggers with a frown that was deeper than it usually was.
"What's that new cologne you're wearing? Jealously by you?" A familiar voice said from behind. He rolled his eyes and turns around to face Kitty, his EX-girlfriend (fuck you very much). He is automatically disgusted by that smirk that she was sporting. It's sickening. Frightening? No. But it just makes Jake beat someone. She thinks she's so cool that she can make people go from the top of the list to the bottom in just one day and she thinks that popularity is actually something meaningful but...bitch please. Popularity is shit.
Yeah. Maybe Mr. Schue's pep talks is getting into his head.
"What the hell do you want, Kitty?" He asked with the bitterness obvious in his tone.
"Nothing. Just checking out the new guy. Hot isn't he? Wondering little miss Marley would like that." Kitty said slyly.
"You're a bitch. You know that?"
"Oh. Did I hit a sore spot, Jake?" she asked, her smirk growing bigger.
He turns back around and ws about to leave but Kitty grabbed his arms and pulled back.
"Look. If you're going to just walk away from this like it never happened, she's not going to come crawling back to you like she's your bitch. And as much as you wish she was, she isn't." Kitty said seriously which shocks Jake a bit. "If you want the poor girl so bad, how 'bout you get off your lazy ass and get her before some else does."
"Why the fuck do you care?" Jake said, yanking his arm back.
She smiles evilly. "It's every girls' dream to get the star quarterback and like you said. I'm a bitch and I just LOVE ruining them. Now that the new guy is that guy, everyone will want him and I have every I intention to get him and not let little Marley get in my freakin' way."
"Again you still think all about yourself."
"Think of it as I just get what I want." Kitty said. "And honestly, why don't you save yourself the frustration and go up and ask her out like the badass you said you were. Think, Jakey. Think." she did her finally smirk to him and started to strut the hallway with her fully uniform and high ponytail glory.
Jake rolled his eyes again as he watch the students scatter out of her way and then he turns his attention back to Marley and her new 'friend'. He feels that same tinge of jealously running through his veins. But quickly thinks of something, he walks and passes the two but not before giving Marley a wink causing her to blush and smile. Jake then continues to walk with a smile on his face. So got it in the fucking bag.
As much as a bitch she is, he's gotta say (but never admit) that she knows her shit. She's pretty useful. Again never admitting that. Like...ever.
A/N: hello! Yeah. This is my first time writing for this couple and I'll admit it. They are pretty darn cute! :) to me they're like Puckleberry 2.0 in my honest opinion.
