Where did they go?

Chapter 1

Ok, I (nor my little sister who wrote this) own the Characters in this part of the story, just what happens. : p

Sir Raoul and his squire, Keladry of Mindelan, were out at the tilting fields jousting against each other. It wasn't until after the sixth ride that she asked for a break. Stephen, the groomsmen, handed them each a water skin. Kel gulped it down, not pausing to take a breath. "Keladry, slow down, breath." Raoul advised her with a chuckle. Keladry paused for a moment and looked at him out of the corner of her eye, then began gulping again. "Keladry! You'll have to breathe so we can go again." "And who said I'm going again?" Keladry inquired, breathing heavily. This brought a burst of laughter from the crowd gathered by the fence. Raoul made a noise at them that sounded like a dog's growl. He looked back at Keladry with a smile, and narrowed eyes. He answered, "Your knight master said. Come on."As he said this he drug her back to peachblossom. With a sigh, she mounted back up and wriggled until she was comfortable. Stephen handed her a lance. She leaned down and took it form his hands. He walked to the center of the lane, and looked to the opponents as they nodded their lances up and down, signaling that they were ready. Stephen raised his arms above his head, brought them back down, and sprinted to the side lines as the riders flew down the lane. Keladry narrowed her sight to Raoul's shield. She brought her lance down a breath after his. Everything felt just right; the way the lance rested in her hand, the feel of peachblossom under her. As she neared Raoul, she felt something change, like the pressure of hands upon her shoulders, and in moments, the "hands" lifted her from the saddle. Raoul pulled his horse to a halt, his filled with horror. Wyldon of Cavall, who had joined the crowd, jumped over the fence, and rushed to Raoul's side. "Raoul, what's going on?" He asked hurriedly. "I don't know." He replied. No one spoke as they watched Keladry floating in the air, until something began to happen, and Keladry's screams broke the silence. Her legs were disappearing, she tried to grab them, but her hands passed right through. Wyldon, without thinking, jumped onto peachblossom's back, leapt into the air, and grabbed her wrist. A strong gust of wind came, and blew out of sight. As the wind died down, everyone began murmuring in confusion. "Where did they go?" Raoul whispered to himself as he dropped to his knees.

Well, this is just the first chapter, and it is my sisters first story, at least that people have read, other than me. So, please review, and give us ideas of things you think could make it better.
