The Whispering Wizard is completely normal, despite what you may think.

The Whispering Wizard has a wonderful job at the ministry in the department of magical law enforcement.

The Whispering Wizard, however, is not an Auror.

The Whispering Wizard is in fact part of the Wizengamot.

The Whispering Wizard holds a small unthought-of seat.

The Whispering Wizard has control of the Weasley seat.

The Whispering Wizard, while a Weasley, is actually quite rich.

The Whispering Wizard has two younger brothers.

The Whispering Wizards brothers are known as Arthur and Andre.

The Whispering Wizard also has a name.

The Whispering Wizard had a Black for a mother and as such she wanted her firstborn to have a star name to carry on the Black tradition.

The Whispering Wizard is in fact a regular visitor of Knockturn Alley.

The Whispering Wizard was very secretive and suspicious

The Whispering wizard was not normal or ordinary in any way shape or form; did I fool you earlier?.

A.N. Hello fanfiction. Welcome to my new (and first) story. I'm not going to say go easy on me because that would be utterly ridiculous. I welcome any criticism but if you want to flame me go right ahead, however it will be ignored.

If anyone wants to know (which I severely doubt) the Whispering Wizard is real. He is a wizard that was seen in Knockturn Alley in 1996 in one of the movies. The description says he has red hair which is where this whole story stems from.

I only have a basic idea of where this story is going but any suggestions are appreciated.
