Sweat rolled down his face. Or maybe it was tears. He couldn't tell. He couldn't think. He couldn't feel. He was just… Chad. That was it. He didn't know what to do.
About fifteen minutes earlier, he had gotten a message from Taylor telling him that she was leaving on the ten o'clock train to live with her mother in her old town and go to college there. They had had a big fight; he guessed that's why she left. He honestly didn't blame her. Why had he been so mean? He didn't want things to end this way. He listened to the message one more time, hoping there was any choice that she was leaving on the ten thirty train than the ten o'clock. No. Ten o'clock. He had jut run three miles, to get there at… he looked down at his watch. Damn. He had lost her. 10: 06. He sat down on a bench. What would he do now? College? Move on? He had just graduated three weeks earlier, he guessed that's what he should do. He had even gotten into a lot of nice schools with a basketball scholarship. What was he thinking? He wouldn't do anything. Taylor was gone. How could he move on with his life, when the one person who completed it was now gone? He didn't even know where she went. He heard something to the right. It sounded like a sniffle. He slowly turned to the right to see Taylor on a bench with her many bags next to her. She was crying. She pulled out her cell phone, and dialed a number. She hadn't seen Chad sitting there.
"Gabriella? No, I'm not on the train. I couldn't do it. Should I call him? I don't want to end our relationship! I love him more than anything."
Chad stood up and walked up to Taylor. When she saw him, she dropped the phone.
"Chad! I…I didn't...Oh my God."
He stepped closer and put his hands on her cheeks, and whispered, "Don't leave me." He then pushed his lips onto hers, and kissed her so passionately it seemed like she was the only thing in the world that mattered to him. But the more he thought about it, the more he realized she was.
Really short, I know. These are my kind of stories. Did you like it?!?!? Please review!!!
