Thunder was screaming out of the dark skies...
Lightning was glowing out of their windows...
"A night like this is a night i should start reminiscing... right Ranmaru?" Raiga said with his usual quite voice.
"Yes..." Ranmaru replied.
"Raiga...?" He asked..
"Hmmmm..?" Raiga hummed... with his usual low tone of voice.
"Could we.. you know go outside once the thunder stops?"
"Sure Ranmaru... in fact lets start reminiscing outside.." He replied happily.
The room was very quite... Silence starts taking its place.. Lately Raiga has been thinking a lot.
"BANG!" The thunder screamed so loud it startled both of them.
"Raiga! im scared!" Ranmaru ran to Raiga...
"Oh dont be scared Ranmaru... Its just the thunder... Besides it always rains and thunders here in this village.." He said with a sweet tone in his voice.
"I know but... this thunder was the loudest i heard!" The worried boy screamed.
Raiga hugged him and carried him to his bed. He placed a warm blanket around him. The little boy looked so worried if this building would calapsed. Raiga walked to the window to take a quick peek.
"Damn... why does it have to rain today..? im perfectly happy today..." He thought...
He turned around and noticed the boy about to fall asleep. Ranmaru looked very tired. Raiga walked up to him and touched his head. It was burning hot.
Ranmaru's eyes were closed. Raiga then rubbed his beautiful silky short hair. Ranmaru's eyes opened. They just stared at each other and Ranmaru smiled and giggled. Raiga smiled and told him; "Ranmaru, why is your head so hot? Are you ok?" "Yes im fine.. Raiga.. im just sleepy thats all... but dont worry about me.." Raiga held his hand and went awfully close to him.. "Why on earth would i not worry about you my Ranmaru?" He whispered..
He Hugged Ranmaru so tight and Ranmaru smiled and felt safe inside Raiga's arms. He breathed in his chest. The heavy cologne Raiga wore made him more sleepy.
Raiga then got on the bed and comforted Ranmaru. Ranmaru came closer and hugged Raiga so tight. Raiga smiled and held him too. Then after 10 minutes of hugging and silence, he felt Ranmaru breathing on his chest. Raiga smiled and drifted asleep.. "Maybe tommorow we can go outside then.." He thought.. "Because right now i just want to stay safe inside and dry, because today i just want to be alone with Ranmaru and not reminisce nor cry, just fall sleep in each others arms.
