Twiphase: inspired by EcoSeeker247's 'Blood of the Hora Quan', (may the story rest in peace), this'll be a story about how an average individual human became 'part' Metal Head due to sum background origin mishap. I do not owe what may be similar to the 'Blood of the Hora Quan' storyline, except that I owe my OCs and my protagonist's Metal-Head-form. Please Enjoy.

Hora Quan: Spawn of the Lost 3rd...

chapter 1: unexpected changes part 1

(Beginning of Prologue)

Years passes by as citizens of Haven City was at war with the Metal Heads. These reptilian insects were known as Hora Quans. Since ancient times, not only they've been feasting on Eco, by any means necessary, but they eliminate anything in their path to find the last Precursor life force. In the meantime, Haven City became a living nightmare, an infernal prison of never-ending injustice. Though the true heir to the city still lives, Baron Praxis stole the throne, truly never deserves to be king for he cares no one but himself, willing to sacrifice anything for power, even if it might mean killing his only child.

You know Metal Kor, Leader of the Metal Heads, and Kaeden, Leader of the Metal Bugs, but let me ask you something... What if there were a 3rd leader who rebelled their ways? Long before Baron Praxis came to power, unable to withstand bloodshed, Metal Khaos disbanded himself from the rankings, cut his ties even it means he might never see his older brothers again. In human form, the former 3rd-in-command started a new simple life as a citizen in Haven City, living in, so far hopefully, peaceful parts of the Water Slums. Even though he cut his ties long ago, he occasionally goes to either Death City and/or the Pumping Station at night to reveal his true form.

As a moonlit draws neigh behind the clouds, it was love at first sight when Khaos first met a lovely maiden. Too shy to speak to her in his current form he hides in the shadows waiting for her to leave. But, as the moonlight slowly reveals the landscape of Death City, she once saw Khaos's shadow before he leaves the scene and changed back to his human form before returning to the Water Slums.

Keeping it on a low profile, Khaos continued his simple life as a human, later on met the same girl from before, build a romantic relationship, despite that she had figured it out of who and/or what he was...but it didn't matter for she loved him for being him. After marriage and having a pair of twins, it was indeed a happily ever after...for now.

It was since Jak and his partner Daxter came out of sky landing in the Industrial Section before Jak was taken away to the Krimzon Guard Fortress, Kor continues with his plan to obtain the Precursor Stone. During all of that commotion, living in the same old Water Slums were a pair of twins, brothers, one who's silent, and one who's a chatter box. Sound familiar?
