General Hank Landry leaned back in his chair as he scanned through his e-mail. After the hundredth junk e-mail was deleted, General Landry was ready to call it quits and go wait in the control room for the inevitable unscheduled gate activation. Yet, another swig of coffee gave him a second wind and he was scrolling again.

SUBJECT: FWD: Proposal #88890666

Proposal #88890666

It has come to my attention for when the Stargate eventually becomes public knowledge; there is no plan for allowing civilians access. Therefore, I propose a contract with KOA to construct campgrounds on friendly, uninhabited, and deserted planets. Retired and current Stargate personnel or others with adequate security clearance (President, etc.), and their families, given they have adequate security clearances, would have the opportunity to enjoy all of the comforts of off-world camping.

General Jack O'Neill

----------

Hank,

What do you think?

Jack

General Landry read and re-read General Jack O'Neill's message. He clicked the Reply button and paused. 'RVing off-world? Well, Jack said this job was never boring, expect maybe for the paperwork. Sure it was weird, but not that weird.'

General Landry started to type his response when the gate activation siren blared. Logging out of his e-mail account, he walked down to the control room without replying. It could wait for later. Anyway, President Hayes would never allow it. He wouldn't.

Please review! Who do you think would make interesting Stargate campers?
