I went a little crazy one day with the list I made of deadpan anime girls and this is what happened. Warning: may be too random for some viewers.
I could only add two categories, so I could only mention TMOHS and Katawa Shoujo when there are actually five series that I used characters from; TMOHS, Katawa Shoujo, Bamboo Blade, Hell Girl, and Beauty Pop. Since I can't credit them in the categories, I'll credit them here. I do not own any of these series, obviously. I just happen to know about them and enjoy their female characters' amusingly emotion-lacking mannerisms. :P

Yuki said nothing as she stared at the large building. Having nothing better to do, she walked into it without any second thoughts, blissfully unaware of the effects it would soon bring.
She walked into a room that was labeled "Art Room" as if she knew exactly what she was doing (which is always the case even though it totally isn't true), only to find an armless, red-haired girl sitting by a window eating curry with her feet.
"… Hello," she said.
"Hello," the girl replied, shoving a piece of food into her mouth.
It was very silent for a while until there was another explosion and Tamaki from Bamboo Blade appeared in front of them.
"Hello," she said.
"Hello."
"Hello."
More silence.
Then another explosion.
Enma Ai from Hell Girl appeared.
"Hello," she said after looking briefly around the room.
"Hello."
"Hello."
"Hello."
Another explosion.
Kiri Koshiba entered the scene, blending in with the other mono-toned girls in the room.
"Hello."
"Hello."
"Hello."
"Hello."
"Hellooo."
Each 'hello' was said with little to no emotion. Nobody knew what was going on, and this included Yuki.
Suddenly, everyone realized that something was very wrong.
"… Your arms are gone," said Tamaki, looking at Yuki. Yuki looked beside her and noticed she was right. She then looked at Enma, who looked at Kiri, who looked at Rin, who looked at Yuki, who looked back at Tamaki.
"Yours are gone, too," she said.
Indeed, it was at that moment that everyone in the room was aware that they had no arms. Everyone… except for Rin.
Yuki looked at her with her dark, half-moon eyes, completely devoid of expression.
"You stole my arms," she said flatly. Rin looked at either side of her torso, where there were now two fully functional full-length arms, complete with elbows, hands, and fingers.
"Oh. ... Oops," she said in response, shrugging her shoulders.
Everyone was now staring at Rin, who, in turn, was staring blankly back. After a long, awkward silence (which was beginning to become slightly tedious), Rin nodded once and took another bite of her curry.
The whole school burst into flames and sent everyone back to their original series, arms and all. But this had triggered Rin to accidentally lose her legs in the process.
After the explosion settled and the smoke cleared, Rin took a cautious look at the label on her instant curry.
"Magic Five-Dimensional Portal Curry with extra hot sauce. Warning: may cause high-powered explosions and limb exchange."
She looked at the label for a while and then herself.
"Oh well. At least I have arms now."
And with that, she continued to eat her curry.
