Summary: Albus and Scorpius are both ten years old, and this little oneshot is a hint about their... Orientations. :3

"Al, what on earth are you doing that's taking so long?" Scorpius asked, entering Albus' bedroom.

Albus jumped and dropped his mother's little box of make-up on the floor and dodged into his bathroom. "Nuthin'! He replied quickly. "Go away!"

Scorpius sniggered and knelt down, picking up the various little containers and put them all back in the box neatly and placed it on the table. "Well, Al. If you aren't doing anythng, would you hurry up? We're all waiting for you!" Ten year old Scorpius informed his best friend.

"I don't want to play." Albus replied shortly.

Scorpius' face fell and he walked over to the bathroom and opened the door a crack. "Aw, Al why not?" He asked.

"'Cause." Albus sniffed.

Scorpius slipped into the room and walked over to Albus who was sitting on the edge of the bath, staring down at his shoes. "What's wrong?"

Albus stayed quite for a bit before finally deciding to answer Scorpius with his own question, "why do I always have to be the girl when we play?"

Scorpius laughed a bit, "because you make a cool mother."

"But why do I have to be the mother?" Albus looked up at him.

Scorpius smiled, "because I'm the father, and I rather you be my wife than a girl." He replied simply, wrinkling his nose a bit at the thought of having to play with a girl.

Albus considered this, then pouted, "I look stupid."

Scorpius grinned wider and shook his head, "naw you don't Al."

"I have make-up on."

"Only on your eyes."

"Still make-up."

"You look very pretty."

"... Really?" Albus asked shyly

"Yup." Scorpius replied confidently.

"Thanks Scorp." Albus smiled a bit, feeling a lot better.

"Pleasure Al." Scorpius hummed and took hold of Albus' hand and pulled him out of the bathroom.

Albus followed the blond obediently until they were outside. He was surprised how quickly the other's had worked while he'd been inside. There was already two boxes all cut up and decorated into houses and Scorpius had brought his new broomstick that his father had bought him along to play with.

"Got him!" Scorpius exclaimed happily, still holding onto Albus' hand.

Albus smiled shyly at his cousins; Rose, Hugo, Teddy and his brother James and sister Lily who had all been waiting for him.

" Finally!" James cheered and clapped his hands, trying to get everyone's attention. "Al, Scorp, do you want a boy or a girl?" He asked, gesturing to Hugo and Lily.

"A boy." They chorused and grinned at each other. "Girls are gross."
