Ghosts

Just a short poem I scrawled off one day...my idea of a glimpse into the enigma that is Cloud Strife and his struggle with reality, particularly the reality of who he is compared to Zack Fair.

I live with ghosts:

strung in a void between two worlds,

between a hero's glory

and a coward's shame;

between the order to live

and the desire to die;

between who I wish I was

and who I am;

between hope

and despair;

between love

and hate:

I live with ghosts.
